Moe's Southwest Grill, Pinellas Park FL

Ordered food to be delivered from this location. Did not get the queso I paid for and the food was just not dry enough to be called a bowl. It was more like a soup.

We were shocked at the service level of this Moe's compared to the ones we have been to in the past. First off, when we walked in nobody greeted us, which is not a huge deal, but you could just sense the unfriendliness. They were all super unhappy to be there and it showed. There was someone before us getting helped and it was just a mess from what we could see. The workers didnt know what they were doing, and it just looked like a bunch of confusion. From what we could tell, there was a fairly new girl working and thats what cause a lot of the mix up.it took about 10 min of us standing behind the customer in front of us before our order was finally started. We did not get a smile or any sense of enthusiasm. What looked like the manager walked out, and was examining the food and did not look up at us once. The entire time we placed our food order, the person in front of us was STILL trying to check out and the worker just could not figure out what to ring up or what was made. Finally, it was our turn to check out and we had to ask for the chips. I looked at the salsa names on the side since they are not out for covid, and asked for 2 sauces, to which we were told they dont have those and "honestly we probably only have one kind". So i said just give me whatever you have. We ordered two fountain drinks and had to remind the girl to hand us the cups. The food was mediocre at best, super expensive for Moe's and not nearly enough food and the food just didnt look as fresh as normal. What was interesting, was that mid-meal the manager was walking around talking to his employees and we kept hearing him talk about the frozen ingredients they use, which just didnt seem right to hear from a manager while we are eating.
All in all, i wish i did not waste my money on this and shouldve just gone to Chipotle.

Good Moes food, but the management seemed to not be present last Sunday. 3/4 of the food was at or near empty. What I did get tasted great!

Seem like it was ran by a bunch of high-school kids that didn't care if customers where in the store or not. Will not go back to this location or maybe any of them.

Usually had good food here (I typically go to Moe’s at least once or twice a month for reference). But like I’ve noticed at other locations, the franchise seems to be scaling back on customer service and commitment. I’ve had a few off-putting employees at this location and one bad meal. The rice was over cooked and inedible, I thought it was the chicken so I asked for another meal with a different meat. I was incorrect it was the rice. At that point I just left, the meal was not edible because they kept saving the last bit of rice from old batches to mix with the new. Employees don’t seem like they are very interested in helping resolve complaints, but I know this is largely due to management, and being in Pinellas Park doesn’t help anybody.

Poor service, dining area needs cleaning. Girl pn registrar has no idea what she is doing, over charges when its rung up them she plays dumb that she doesn't know what to do. 180 degrees different experience then the Clearwater store, donut I will come back here again. To many other food options to reward this service.

Delicious, but meat a bit fatty on the chicken. Staff is friendly and quick. Nice for a quick meal.

The food is excellent, there are other places that sell similar food but this is my favorite in the area, better flavor over all and the white queso is amazing. They have a coke your way machine and tea. The service was good, the food was fresh. You should try this place.

Food is good but the stores disgusting had to wipe around table before we sat down I will share a picture

I've been here for the Moe's Monday deal for the burrito, chips, and drink for $6.99 thrice now. Each time, the food was good and so was the customer service. The restroom is always clean and the place itself is clean as well. The meat portions on the burrito could be a little more but I guess that's moe's policy and not just this location. Anyway, I recommend this place.

The worst customer service ever. Their attitude was poor. If yu want great customer service and the preparation neat and cooked food.go to the Moe's located on east bay by the plaza. Theyre great.

The service is bad new employees don't no what they doing never ever GO HERE! They tell u one thing when u get there its something different i dont even wanna give them 1 star

Service seems slow everytime I have gone to this Moe's. Also, the ingredients never seem as fresh to me. My last visit was the first time I actually saw them put out something new. The restaurant itself seems like they don't tidy it up often, lots of dirty tables, and either the soda machine is always broken or they've run out of ice. There's always something. Not terrible, but could definitely be better.

Concerned with cleanliness of appearance.signs of two few and untrained employees in the santary practices.will try again, just to see if that visit was not representative of daily operations.

Always have a great experience coming here! Everyone is so polite and professional, always welcoming and kind. Great food and fun atmosphere.

Cleanliness is a big deal to me. We had to search for the least dirty table to sit. They gave us a lot of food but it was very salty. Too salty to eat. We won't be going back.

Horrible. Used to go to moes all the time.it has it has gone down hill so far the salsa is completely horrible taste like canned salsa the chicken is terrible I can't believe how bad it was this time I will never go back to Moe's I don't know what happened I used to go there all the time it wasn't amazing but it wasn't terrible it was a easy go to healthy quick meal and now it's gone down so bad I'm sorry they lost a customer

This is the 2nd time I've come here got small proportions and asked for something and didn't get it. Then told oh I didn't hear you.
3rd and final time coming to this location. My burrito was skimpy, completely pathetic. They were super slow say making my sad burrito on top of it. This GM should be embarrassed!

The food was good, employees must be lazy though, almost every table is dirty and the ice machine is empty lol

Went with a friend who got three overachievers and I got a homewrecker. Our food was made sloppy shells we're cracked or broken. I asked for a little bit of fresh jalapenos on my burrito and the worker put a whole handful on it. I love spicy food and all but I couldn't even enjoy my burrito because the jalapeno over powered the whole thing.
