Moe's Southwest Grill, Pinellas Park FL

Worst Moes I have ever experienced. All the tables are dirty. Trash cans overflowing. The tea is brewed weak. Small portions and didn't even wrap our burritos properly.

I love Moe's but this is THE WORST location I have ever been to! When I went for dinner tonight, I was informed that they were out of cilantro white rice, pinto beans, and a few other items. After making my tacos, the worker removed his gloves and touched my food with his bare hands while he put it in a basket. When I went to check out, I was told that their soda machine was broken so I got sweet tea. When I went to fill my drink there was no ice.

I asked the same employee who had made my food if they had any ice and he loudly and rudely announced to the whole restaurant, "No, we don't have any ice! Everything is broken! Please report us so we can all get fired! "

The chicken was very undercooked. There was no trash can and lots of trays/trash were stacked on top of the cabinet because no one knew where else to put them. This is the fourth time I've been here and experienced them being out of food as well as HORRIFIC customer service. It makes me sad to see how terrible this place has gotten because I am a huge fan of Moe's.

Unfortunately, the management is non-existent in this location.it's just a bunch of disgruntled employees who make it obvious to customers that they all hate their jobs. At this rate, they won't be in business by this time next year.

Ok food. Price is alright as well. They is a shift supervisor there named Joy. She sucks the JOY
Out of that place. She cranky and rude. I saw this while she interacted with a new guy she was training. The people here are lifeless and don't smile or enjoy what they are doing.

This location used to be good a couple of years ago and has since gone progressively downhill. Tonight was atrocious, and I probably won't ever be returning here. On a Friday night, they were out of pinto beans, cilantro white rice, and something else I can't remember. The coke machine was broken. There was warm sweet tea with no ice available. When asked about ice, an employee loudly and rudely said all their stuff was broken and to report them so they can get fired. One trash can was also missing with trays and had trash stacked on the enclosure that it should have been in. Also, chicken tasted undercooked. Worst Moes location ever and I love Moes.

SHAME moes is always one of my favorite place, however this day I went in service was HORRIBLE, food was not fresh. Seemed like staff had no clue what wad going on.

We’ve gone to several other Moe’s in other states and give each of those establishments 5 stars, this one was a disappointment. Particularly small portions and the food was mediocre. Staff at other Moe’s are friendly and personable, not here. They seem to be doing time rather than working at a paying job. We won’t be back.

Consistent with the Moe's corporate experience which is not necessarily a bad thing this is a new location the staff seems friendly it does get quite busy but if you want a decent burrito and you want to know what to expect you'll get it here

Tortillas for the quesadillas could use some more cooking. Not crispy enough. Otherwise food tasted good. Salas tasted good. Place looked fine. Free parking. 1st time there. Ice tea was good. If I missed anything than please go online. Not sure if they have a ramp. Give it a try.

Great fast Mexican food. The menu is simple (close talker) is my favorite. The best chips in the world

Walked up to the line (2 people in front of me), stood there for literally 9 mins then the guy behind the counter mutters something (which I couldn't hear), turns and starts making what I could only assume were online orders. So as it was brutally apparent, my patronage was not desired or wanted here I walked out hungry and disappointed. I have no problem with paitience, but they hideously missed the mark. I have been to a lot of other Moe's and always enjoyed it. However, this particular one was horrible. Usually you hear "welcome to Moe's" -not here. Usually you see eager smiling faces behind the counter - not here. Usually you see someone keeping the troops motivated - not here. Every one in the restaurant with a Moe's shirt on looked absolutely miserable and had an air of why are you bothering them.

The two gentleman working were great. But the manager, she was quite rude and gave me multiple dirty looks. This is no way to treat a customer. And with this being said I wont be back.

Did not get half of the order. When we called them, a lady on the phone said we delivered everything. I will never order from this location again. The Clearwater Moe's is much better.

The management there is a joke and I do not recommend anybody work there. They don't want to pay people the money that they have earned and there is so much favoritism going on between employee and management no one really has a chance to move up. As far as the quality of food goes it is not that bad but very overpriced.

Half or family is vegetarian and half of not, they had something for everyone and it was all delicious!

We liked the food options, couldn't try the queso because they were out of it.the staff was unorganized and clearly overwhelmed.where's the manager or "team leader" the employees are capable of being a great team but they need a leader to get everything organized and motivate them.nobody's fault but management.p. S. We liked the 'morita' drinks

The food was okay (my second job ever was at a Moes & I honestly remember the quality being so much better). The drink area smelled sour, almost garbage like, almost as if it hadn't been pulled out and cleaning in FOREVER! Also the booths/tables had not been wiped down. Had to do that myself. Was hard to understand since they had just opened about 30 minutes before and most staff were just standing around. Probably will not visit this location again.

Sarah (upper management) assaulted my boyfriend and then tried bribing him with money! Definitely seeking an attorney TOMORROW. Moes you better get your story straight.

Service was terrible. Employees were rude. They were out of all the meats an hour before close and told me I was stupid to think they wouldn't be that "close to closing time.
