DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES
The dealership has deceptive sales practices. Tried to purchase a mustang and when I went to close it was suddenly sold at another dealership. Looking up the VIN of the vehicle I found it listed on numerous sites for sale. I doubt this dealership even has the vehicle.
None of which touches on customer service. Terrible experience, buyer beware.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Wish I can give 0 or negative starts. Created an appointment for ONLY an oil change and front lights to be fixed. A 2 week waiting period 1st of all! Then the day before the appointment comes (today) I have called the location at least 20x all day trying to get in touch with someone. No answer, just rings and rings and rings. I was able to leave a message on one extension early in the morning, and now its the end of the day, and no return call as I had questions for my appointment as I still continued to call. I even tried the online chat - don't even go there - they have NO CLUE whatsoever and can't even read very well. I am so glad I will not be going to this place as I know the experience there will likely be worse than the experience of just trying to speak with someone.

I am so disgusted with the service from fleet manager Stuart Mizrqhi! I went to the dealer requesting information to purchase a box truck I was very interested in. I get no greet from him but a o can’t let you drive it or see it because of a recall, I say ok and sit down to look at options he immediately hands me application to fill out and leaves. I complete it and hand it to him he says he will call me in few hours, when he finally calls it was to question my income like if I was incapable of bringing in a sum-as I stated.in middle of conversation call drops (mind me I think it’s signal) he never calls back. I took the initiative to return the call after 20 minutes expecting a great reaction when I hear his negative attitude voice (mind I’m shopping around) I felt I didn’t want to deal with him any more and tell him don’t mind running my application he immidietly jumps and says o yeah great buddy just great thanks for wasting my time. I stayed stunned. Last he knew I was looking at possibly paying it cash but that’s for profiling me buddy. NEVER AGAIN SERVICE NOT RECOMMENDED!

I drove from Tampa! They had an accurate online inventory so I was able identify the vehicle I wanted online (SUPER IMPORTANT to me with my schedule). Robby Reed called me back after I submitted. He got all my paperwork lined up and ready, reserved my ride, and we scheduled an appointment. I arrived and was given a warm welcome at the door by name by Robby, taken immediately to my new vehicle to inspect and test drive. We got the deal done fast once I got there. I was back to Tampa through traffic before dark! Manny was great in Finance, smooth and no pressure. Floor manager even came out before I left. Excellent job Mullinax Kissimmee! Day after Robby even called to check that all was well and that I made it home safely.

The Mullinax team was excellent! Robert Reed was very attentive to the needs of my elderly parents during this purchase. This purchase was smooth and swift along with great customer service from start to finish. A shout out to Robert Reed, Jac, Manny & Jose that made this deal happen. Also, a HUGE thank you to Pablo Rosario and the previously mentioned team for making sure my parents car is odor free putting the car through several treatments. This team has superb customer service and we highly recommend them.

Tried to buy a truck from Mullinax, I feel communication from the sales person could have been faster, lost out on a good deal. Truck was sold from another dealership.

Just bought a certified pre-owned Focus ST from this dealership.what an excellent experience! Dave was my salesman, he was great. Kept in touch throughout the week until the Saturday I was able to come in, answered all my questions. The whole thing was just so easy, I was there for no more the 2 and 1/2 hours including a test drive on the turnpike. Finance was smooth and easy. No haggling, no price changes, the price that was on the website was the price I paid, and it was a great price! The no dealership fees is legit. I couldn't be happier about the whole experience!

Didn't purchase a vehicle from them but found them to be very helpful. I mainly used the 'Chat' on the website to get the information I needed and Ryan was able to assist me with what I needed. Their website can be confusing and not necessarily accurate as to the location of a particular vehicle but Ryan was able to solve that mystery for me

Got my car recently. Pictures on the website were great, when I saw the car it was even better. Octavio helped me a lot, got all paperwork organized and ready to close the deal. Alex did the admin quick and simple. Highly recommended

Went in after setting up appointment for oil and brake change. Quoted $179 and 30 for oil change. Left paying $590. Do your research before taking car here. There are cheaper options. Staff are just doing their job so no hate. Just a heads up.

This was the best experience I ever had of buying a vehicle. No pressure from Adam our salesman. He was pleasant to work with by showing me options and getting the paperwork complete. I would definitely travel 60 miles again to purchase a vehicle from Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee.
