My salesperson was Athena Hamilton, who is an epitome professional and very skilled at finding you the exact car that fits your likes, preferences, wants, and needs. My satisfaction with the service department is far lower, and I now have my car serviced elsewhere. Side note: I found their presentation of extended warranty plans perfunctory and confusing-I ended up deciding to not purchase an extended warranty even though I was highly inclined to purchase one.

The car buying process is not often simple and stress free. With this experience I didn't have to haggle over a price. The price listed was a great deal (I compared similar vehicles all over the area) and they gave me a good price on my trade in. The salesman was great to work with and I like that there was no pressure. I also appreciated that since we are about an hour away they brought the vehicle to us to sign for and complete the trade in.

Total sham. Purchase, a vehicle then get a phone call from dealer when you re half way home saying you owe them $1000.00 more! That's not right.
