Neo Nails, Miami FL

I have been coming to Neo Nails in Brickell for over 1 year, unfortunately I will not return. There are two men at the front desk who attend you, one of them is nice the other one is so rude and disrespectful its unbelivable he still works there (unless he is part owner). I called today to make an appointment and asked first if my nail lady was available, he would not answer, he would only say " what do you want done" i asked again in a very polite way, is my nail lady available, he gave the same answer but in a more rude tone this time, I asked before i make an appointment I want to know if she works that day, he basically told me, you dont answer my question i am hanging up on you and he hung up. I was appalled that someone running the front desk could speak to a customer that way. I have gone there before and i have seen him be rude to other customers. This time is was my turn to experience it. Its sad because the girls that work there are great and very polite but unfortunately one of the man running the place needs some serious teachings on " customer service".
They just lost a customer who goes every two weeks and spends $100 each time, i will take my business elsewhere where i am treated with respect. There are many salons out there looking to get the business you obviously dont care about loosing.

They didn’t have any openings, but made time to accommodate us as we were visiting from out of town. Staff was friendly and professional.

Let me first start off by saying that it takes a lot for me to review a place negatively — I would highly suggest booking an appointment elsewhere.
As I was looking online I stumbled upon Neo Nails. Based off of some reviews I decided to give this salon a shot as I am looking for a new nail place since I am new to the city.
I saw that they book by appointment only so I submitted my form online over the weekend (all I wanted was a gel polish change and gel pedi).
I heard back on Monday via email asking if I wanted a gel mani. I replied immediately stating I only wanted a gel color change on my nails and regular gel pedi. I never heard back - I then emailed the next morning to confirm the appointment and again, NEVER heard back. I called multiple times the day I was trying to schedule the appointment for and finally on the second or third call, someone picked up.
I had the most odd and rude encounter over the phone that I have ever had in my life honestly. All I was trying to do was either confirm that my appointment was booked or book one and the gentleman on the phone constantly interrupted me saying "well you didn't receive an email.you didn't receive a confirmation" - obviously that's why I'm calling. He then said "well you dont have an appointment so I dont know what you want me to do. "
It got to the point where I asked if he could look at said day to possibly book me in which, to no avail did not work out and it got to the point where I said just forget it. Will not be trying to rebook with this business. Extremely unprofessional and absurd/rude customer service.

I paid nearly $100 for nails after they assured me repeatedly they would last me longer than two weeks. 6 nails have already popped off, no thanks to Neo Nails or their acrylic application process or integrity.

I made an appointment online and I received an email response confirming my appointment in which I replied to it saying that that works for me. When I went to the salon they said they had no record of the appointment and I showed the receptionist all this information and the owner came out and he was extremely rude with me and he told me to leave. I will never be returning to this business again I cannot believe they treated a customer that way.

Mildrey did my pedicure. Super fast, clean, professional & friendly! I’m super happy. The place is super cute, clean, bright. They take your temperature upon arrival and ask you to wash your hands right away. Super great! I’ll be back.

It was an amazing experience every nail tech I’ve had there has done an amazing job and all the ladies are very sweet. The man at the front desk even let me take a ring from their display on the house. A very family friendly, sanitized, and relaxing experience every time. 10/10 recommend

The manager of this place is very rude and unprofessional, he treated me so bad when I called to make an appointment today 12/30/20 and the reason why is because I didn't understand his question about the polish. He said that he was speaking English haha! I’m sorry that I didn’t understand your English with foreign accent Mr. American. You forgot about customer service. I’m not coming go back to this place!

It is unfortunate that the quality of work performed by the nail techs is overshadowed by the APPALLING rudeness of the receptionist. Throughout my service I repeatedly witnessed her speak with pure disdain to everyone she interacted with, from me to other customers, even to the other employees there. My nail service was fine, not great, and this company would do well to remember that nail salons are a dime a dozen—why would anyone pay to be treated that way? Having read the other reviews here I can only assume she is tolerated—or perhaps trained by—an equally rude owner.

Overall good nails. But when she was cutting off my cutícula she made me bleed. Bad location. Pretty salon. Very busy

HORRIBLE PLACE. The owners are DISGUSTING human beings and treat the workers like slaves. They are nasty over the phone, unaccommodating with appointments, and miserable to deal with overall. I spend over $100 every time I attend this salon and still get treated with disrespect. I once asked how much longer I would have to wait to be seen because I had already waited 30 minutes for my appointment to start and the owner said " I don't know I don't do nails. " This place has good nail technicians but the service is DEPLORABLE. OVER PRICED too.

To start,
The woman was eating an apple before doing my toes.
A person's feet are sacred.
The woman never washed her hands.
The tools used were dirty and the tub to soak my feet were not clean by any means.
If I could rate them 0 I would.
The woman couldn't speak English. I asked for her to do a design and she couldn't understand what I wanted.
The woman next her her did the design on my toes.
All I asked for was a number 6.
Even with my one language barrier I could still try to relay my message in Spanish.

Price is correct.
But you get what you pay for.
Shot out to Julissa! Beautiful soul that's why I told them to tip you and not my girl.

I will never come back to this place and would not recommend this to anyone.

Very good service. All of the technicians are excellent. Make an appt. They are frequently booked up.

They are the WORSE! They did my nails on saturday and after 1 day my gel manicure was not good. A proper gel manicure should last for two weeks.
I called them on monday, They couldnt give me an appointment. I walked in today (thursday) to fix my nails and the lady in the reception said that they can fix it of course but they will charge me. I already payed 75 $ and my nails were good not even 1 day

This salon is AMAZING! Everything is super clean, the service is incredible, and the quality of their services is astounding! Raisa is my go to for everything. I highly recommend her and the salon.

Nice place. We were attended quickly. Karla did my mani & pedí, she was really nice and did a good job. Lisy did my bf's mani & pedi. And did a good job too. Place had a clean and professional appearance.

The Owner is very RUDE. He will give you exactly 1 minute to choose the color or they will take another customer. It's the place where you will never feel welcome even if you go there 10 -20 times. Some girls do perfect job, and others don't know anything about manicure. It's all about luck there. It feels better, when the owner is not there - usually he seats at the front desk with mad face haha.

Great service when you make an appointment. Bald manager is kind of rude, Mina is amazing for acrylic refills and she takes her time making sure everything looks good. My nails turned out perfect. Will be coming back again.

The owner is incredibly rude. He treats clients bad like punished students, since the first moment you call to make an appointment. They scold you like if you were asking them for a favor. Not even a military school gives such an awful response
Sadly the service is good but the owner (bold guy) makes it a nightmare.

After calling several times and not being attended, I decided to go because it was 7: 30 and on the website it said open until 9, when I arrived the overloaded man with very bad attitude did not want to help me.
