Really enjoyable and a great job. Had Taymi for a mani pedi and was really impressed! She was thorough, but wasn't slow at all, unlike some other manicurists that are like sloths. She knew what she was doing and she did it well. The outside plaza may look like calle ocho, but the salon inside is really beautiful and very accommodating. Will definitely return.

Horrible service and the staff poses very poor skills! Had my acrylic nails refilled at Neo Nails last week, first of all, had to guide the nail master in order to perform her job in a right way, second of all, she left my nail super thick and looking horrible. Moreover, after 3 days had 2 nail tips chipped from a nail.

Idk why anyone would say this is cheap anywhere u can get coffin cut for 20 bucks and i called n they want to charge me 59 thats ridiculous u can get get a manocure and a pedicure anywhere else for much less

Very professional and friendly service. Very satisfied with the result. Me and my mother went there today as tourists and they were very friendly and helpful and guided us through. We both got the result we wanted for manicures, and we were really happy they had time for walk ins like us. They even asked us in the end, how the service had been. The girls working there all seemed very happy and had fun with each other - great to see. Would definitely recommend.

Loved it. I was on a girls weekend out of Houston. When I landed it is the first spot we went. I got my nails done.sipping on wine!

The older man I don’t know if he is that manager or owner but he made me cry the other day he always have an actituted and he treat you very agresiva and if you arrive 2 minutes late he will charge you 15 dollar extras the place is good and the only razón why I’m leaving 3 stars is because I don’t like this guy at all I’m pretty sure that other people can’t stand him.the other tall guy is good but the older one it’s an idiot that doesn’t know how to treat clients hope they change him

They reuse files and buffers without sanitation. They still just jets for their pedicure bowls harbors bacteria and so on. They don't even soak their tools like nippers and clippers in barbecide between clients. They just soap and water and auto clave. Nail techs here are forced to rush like demons just to make a living. It's a basic nail shop. It's cheap and you can see why.

I give this place 4 my daughter and I went to this place for the first time they take good care of us. I recommend this place to everyone that's looking for a good nails place the beautiful lady that did my nail her name is Delaray me in my daughter defiantly coming back. Delaray your the best

The owner/person in charge is a little rude but the girls are nice. They're fast, precise, and very welcoming.

Everyone here seems super nice. I came so last minute and they were able to fit me in despite of the closing time.

Provide good service wasn't a long wait. On negative part is the lady at the desk was so busy I never got my complimentary drink. But it was no big deal aa long as my pedicure was perfect which it was.

Very nice and friendly ladies that work here! They offer you complimentary drinks and take their time with each client.
