Exellent the best awsom company great product my house is the best look I g home on the block customer service is austanding yes it took some time but is really worth the wait I'll recommend them 100%. I don't understand why other people are saying negative things about them because with me it was all good. Get the windows they will save you a lot of money on your bill every single month that is my experience don't hesitate just give them a chance.

Delays, delays and more delays with no explanation! It has been a month since delivery and installation of part of my order and they have no idea when I will get the rest! Would not recommend doing business with this firm. I should have checked with the Better Business Bureau - they have an enormous number of complaints!

My wife and I are thrilled with our beautiful new custom windows. The service was absolutely outstanding with the girls at the office especially Polly. The installation was so clean and done to perfection on all of our 16 windows and 2 sets of French doors. I would highly recommend New South Windows if your looking for quality work and customer service.

Wish I could them no stars that is what they truly deserve do not waste your hard earned money on this company. Sixteen weeks later I got my windows 3 weeks later waiting for inspection it is always something with them. Find someone who is honest enough to do the job correctly and won't break your bank.

We love our new windows! Our sales person Martin Connelly was very professional, fair and followed the job from the day we signed the contract through the installation process! The installation team did a great and clean job! Also the inspection went great due to the great installation job! I would recommend them as a great company to deal with and was glad to have them installed before our last hurricane Mathew just came through. The peace of mind of having impact windows was great!

Everything went the way the Salesman said it would. They took the lead got all permits needed and installed everything to our liking.
