I would recommend not going to this Nordstrom and going to the one in Aventura. The customer service is way better. I went in to return a pair of shoes and to buy another 2 pairs and maybe a belt. In dec I spent 4k in this location. The lady in the mens shoe department was a little pushy trying to tell me I can not return my shoes. I explained that I was not a fully satisfied customer she told me she was sorry and there was nothing she can do. I have been to over 7 Nordstrom stores and I never had a return not accepted. That is one of the reasons I shop here. She also denied a very nice very wealthy looking lady a return right before me. She looks like she is mad or bitter. She should be fired. I was going to spend over 3k and did not because she refused to return a $600 pair of shoes, it's supppse to be Nordstrom policy! She was very arrogant and unpleasant to work with. I called customer service and they said I can mail it in for a full refund. She seemed to be mad at her job or life. She shouldn't take it out on the loyal customers and leave them satisfied like your policy states.

My ladies at makeup and fragrances are great (they are true professionals) but Customer service representatives up front (near stairs on first floor), it is another story. They are not friendly at all norwelcoming. They don't smile nor do they greet you! I am soooo disappointed at Nordstrom now. As a high end department store, they should be more careful when hiring people. Some unfortunately are not educated enough and therefore tarnish the reputation of what used to be a good store!

It has a great choice of clothing, the pricing is kinda overwhelming due to the fact that some collections are old but since they dont sell they upgrade the price to for an unknown reason, there are some update collections and also some decent offers, it's worth it to take a look around the store.

I like Nordstrom's. Everybody likes Nordstrom's. Their prices run from what I consider to be ridiculous to pricey but worth it. The latter occurs on sale racks mostly. They do have a reasonable selection of regular well designed and made brands that are worth the price difference. Often only available at Nordstrom's. The person with whom I shop is constantly trying to tell me that the $700.00 skirt (or shirt or whatever) is a work of art and worth it. Since one could supply a small African village with water filters, not for me. (To be fair she donates to EVERY good cause out there) I just can't see the very high price tags!

Parking is good, the ambiance and outdoor gardens are beautiful to watch. I come here because I am committed to two establishments in the mall. The mall is filled with high end stores, some of them are way to expensive for what they are selling. There are some restaurants in the mall and, primarily that's the reason why I come.

I had Really bad experience, I order at the bar something for carry out and the two ladies that were working that day were super rude and ignoring me, when I went back 20 minutes after to pick up the food (that was sitting there ready on the side) they kept me waiting for 15 more minutes, again ignoring me.

This was surprising to me since all the staff at Nordstrom is friendly and professional, I'm never going back to Brazille at Merrick Parck.

Sales clerk in the top shop section assumed I was shoplifting because I was putting my sweater into my bag. She quite literally ran to where I was standing to ask me if I wanted to try on my own sweater. Very disappointed with the costumer service.

Cute mall especially during the winter season as they decorate it really nicely and put up a Christmas tree in the middle.

Great options. Expensive. In men's suits, service is excellent if you're the only one there. If there are 3+ customers that actually want to shop, they are understaffed to give their usual level of attention. Tailoring services are wonderful for in house alterations but expensive for external purchases.

I really liked the bread with tomato & pesto sauce (don't remember the name of the dish but it was very good especially, if your vegetarian)

Always shop here and I love nordstrom. Recently i visited this location and i was extremely disappointed. I over heard a conversation between coworkers speaking about their hours being cut off and being sent home early. Mainly because of favoritism and racial preference from what i understood. Which is what really bothered me. Besides the cashier was rude. Wont be going back to this location.
