One of their drivers today tried to pass a line of cars in front of plew waiting to pick up their children, in a no pass zone. He stopped, not sure what he was expecting, as there were oncoming cars. He sat there blocking traffic, until he reversed into someone driveway/ lawn so the cars could go. Once they passed he sped very fast around them. He does this every few today, today was the worst situation. Police were notified to station an officer there to prevent this in the future. Hopefully the company corrects this drivers judgement so in the future events like these don't occur.

The tech Broke my pump during their inspection. They refused to return calls for over a week then had a lady with no idea what's going on just call to say they won't be servicing my location. My pump has been useless since their inspection as it now pours out water rather than filtering it as it should. Now I'll have to pay to fix their mistake from their "free inspection" and get the pool cleaned. I'll be filling a complaint with the BBB. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and zero integrity.

I've tried to no avail to reach someone in your office. Simply looki g for updates on whether or not you all are open. I also want to know if my pool service day had changed because I didn't see the quality-yet timely results as before. Please listen to the voicemail and get back to your clients. Numerous problems resulted in me terminating my pool service with them years ago. I recently had a pump go out under warranty and they were the local authorized repair facility that Hayward referred me to. They actually were quick to send a technician to diagnose the issue but charged a $90 fee to look at the pump. They determined it was a manufacturer defect and told me it would be 3 to 5 days to replace. Long story short, after numerous phone calls and weeks later, nothing has been done. I found out from Hayward they were not even supposed to charge the fee. They kept coming up with excuse after excuse why it was taking so long and now refuse to return my calls at all. Hayward has even become so frustrated with them they have referred me to another repair facility. There are much better alternatives out there.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, the first time I called they immediately set up service and the price is very low compared to competitors in our area. We are impressed and thankful.

Northwest Pool Service are easy to book, came out within a day of the service request, and Joel, the pool service tech, always goes above and beyond to educate me on the right chemicals, valve settings, and general maintenance of the pool. He had the parts on the truck to replace the timer mechanism, and was done in less than 30 minutes. Happy to recommend Joel and Northwest Pool Service.

Love doing business with this team. Whenever I call in or come in they are super helpful and friendly. The guy that services our pool each week is also great. You can set your watch by what time he shows up each week. Plus he always has a smile.

Excellent service! Had Northwest come out and inspect my salt chlorinator after a lightning strike. Showed up right on time. Diagnosed the problem. Had the parts in the truck. We were back up and running in less than15 minutes. Very courteous and professional!

Let me start off by saying that I have used this company for several years. I have always been happy with their prompt service until recently. During the winter months, I have covered my pool to avoid any debris getting into my pool. Recently I decided to remove my pool cover and to backwash my pool only to discover that my pool timer has been tampered with, the clock trippers for my timer was removed and placed below my timer. Essentially, my pool filter was running 24 hours a day for an extended period of time. Not only was that troubling but my electric bill was doubled from the prior month. I contacted Northwest Pool Service to discuss this issue with no resolution. The would not admit to removing the clock trippers and they would not agree to help me with my electric bill. It's very unfortunate that I had to terminate my service with this company but I am extremely disappointed in how they did not take responsibility for this matter. I will not recommend them to anyone and as a consumer, I would be cautious of their service.

We had Northwest Pools come out to do an initial balance and cleaning when we bought a house with a pool. We had no idea how to maintain a pool and both Joel and Bowen were very helpful and patient in explaining what we needed to do as well as how to balance the pool. I would definitely recommend this company!

Joel came out and took his time to explain to me how my pool works and how the spa is heated when we bought our new home. I really appreciated the lesson. Joel was very professional and courteous.
