Great service from Northwest pool service! Had an issue with the pool heater and Joel was able to come over quickly and fix the issue while teaching me a thing or two about basic maintenance.

We needed our pool serviced and some repairs. Northwest Pools came out and offered us a great price for service and explained to us the best option for our pool. Joel was very professional and nice. We signed up for their weekly services.

Using fake name to avoid repercussions. Over priced with poor service! Charges $3 for a water sample unless you buy their products. Tested my own water quality and then compared to their results, it always showed I needed to buy their product. Winter hours not compatiable with those of us with heated pools and spas that we use year round! Go to Aqua Pools and Patio in Ft Walton Beach.better prices and service!
