We had one of the worst experiences in this office with a clerk named jennifer for a driver's license test

Awful place the employees and people in there are literally rude and almost insulting i came 10 minutes late and they kicked me out saying "you're late you're late buddy get out" I'm 18 years old by the way!

As going to the DMV goes, wasn't too bad. I made appointment online and they just texted me when I needed to go inside to help with social distancing. They worked with me on some paperwork I didn't bring in, I was able to email it and they printed it up and saved me a lot of hassle. The staff was really nice and made sure I got out of there with my real ID. So, if that is why you are going, not only do you need forms of ID but you also need two bills with your current address.

This is an organized location. I had to visit there for more than one issue and felt safe each time. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. I also for the most part felt respected as a customer.

Even though there was a wait, everyone was pleasant and professional. Don't have to go again for 6 years! The Homeland Security gentleman was extremely helpful. Only drawback was with everyone wearing masks hard to hear questions even with a hearing aid. Yes, very much understand we have to wear them.

Well organized, even with all of the challenges related to COVID-19, arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time for a drivers license renewal and was out in less than one hour. Very friendly and efficient service. Taking all the correct precautions from COVID-19. Thank you!

I visited this place by appointment. The service was at the aforementioned time. The staff that assisted me was very friendly. There was a claim and a doubt, the answer was not logical and felt discriminatory, but, We will follow the rules interpreted by them.

I have renewed my driver's license and changed my address at this location 3 times since I've lived in Orlando. Every time I go there I make an appointment before I go and I have never spent more than 30 minutes inside of the facility waiting for my turn. I usually wait in my car with the air conditioning running and the text me when my turn is next. I have never had any experiences with staff being rude and every interaction I have had with staff has been pleasant.

All the time that I come to this place I have problems because the people who work here have been disrespectful and little patient, bad iQ system

The electronic “join line now” feature is a joke. I was told my estimated wait was 240-280 minutes, 90 minutes later my wait time was 20 minutes. After asking for more time I was told my new wait time was 80-100 minutes, 60 minutes later I checked my phone and had already missed my time and couldn’t rejoin because it was full. If the estimates for the wait time are off by double and triple the actual wait times the system is useless.

Excellent service! IT queuing system was down staff still handled the service excellently. Felt bad for staff who were yelling out queue numbers. Hope they were switching rest their throat. Please take a warm chocolate drink today evening to sooth the throat.

Online Q system is pathetic. I understand that one’s position in Q can fluctuate a bit. But what is the purpose if the wait time after joining the Q is stuck at 30 mins even after waiting for 3 hours, I mean what is the difference between walk-ins and joining the Q online and heading to the office 30 mins prior. I have been waiting from 3 hours and i have so far not reached front of the line. 3 hours ago it was 30 mins wait and now after 3 hours it is still 30

Gotta up grade a lil. Went in for written test, instead walked out with DL 30 min later. They were able to find my old expired, out of state license in their system and issue me a new one!

The woman at the information stand is so rude and not helpful at all and the waiting time is super long

Extremely rude people. I work for a dealership and I came here to do my job and they had me running around from department to department and EVERYONE talked to me very rude without EVEN knowing what I needed. This is not okay! This is not a story without context. This is the WHOLE story. I tried to tell them they don’t need to speak like that and these ladies would just speak louder than you sending you to yet another department.

After reading the negative reviews, we were dreading going here. We checked in online and were given an approximate wait time of 26 minutes. It was increased by about 8 minutes. We went to window and received new licenses and plates for vehicle. The people who helped us were Wendy and Xamira. Great experience! P. S. As with any DMV, make sure you have all your ID and documentation.

Very slow, lazy and rude, and of course they are unprofessional! I felt like I was in some third world state.

Long wait (4+ hours) with only a couple windows open, my wait time kept going up, got in line at 1030am, didn't get seen till 630pm, needs more employees in this location also the qless seems to be glitched, added number to the list 9 times even though I only did it once (plus text updates come from multiple different numbers rather than one)

They have a nice new system. You go, give your phone # and they text you when you are close to be called. I was not able to get my license renewed but I didn't feel like a waste of time because I was shopping at the Florida mall for 3 hours until they text me to go back in line.
