The worst place ever employees are rude disgusting so close they get on you for asking a damn question. I don't understand why they hire people like that.

I have never talked to such incompetent employees and had such bad costumer service. They asked for things over and over again and leave multiple rude voicemails to fax them things that they forgot to ask and they say if you don’t send it they will charge you more money. They need new people who knows how to do their job.

I went there to get my Driver's License and one lady in front desk told me that they can't serve me if I am not American, she told me to come before working hours so that I can have their service. They have the worst customer service and rude employees.

Worst custumer service. Worker's are stupid and work too slow.
Manager the same is bad. They can't resolve any problems or just try to resolve them. Every time what they say is: "Sorry we can help you, its not our fall".
I well recommend to walk in in other place if you dont need to lose your time.

I highly recommend making an appointment unless you want to wait up to 2 hours even when I got there at opening. I went to get drivers license renewed this seems to take the longest. Do it online if you can to avoid the long lines. Once I was seen the lady was very nice and fast I think it's their systems that are slow.

Full of incompetent people, super slow, lack of knowledge and they give wrong information, this place is a total disaster like the rest of tax collectors offices.

Make Appointment! I made the mistake of not making one, stood outside the DMV from 6: 45am.and still haven't been helped. (10am) Oh and their system with the phone numbers is a disaster. Please fix this!

Why if the computer are down to take the testing drive no send a message in order to come over. No fair.

The Zootopia characterization of sloths was a compliment compared with the service, starting with the computer system, this would be an ideal place to start "Draining the swamp".

Walked in at 945, got in line on the system, 5 hour wait, no problem. Came back at 230, now it's a 3 hr 45 minute wait.that's ridiculous! When I inquired, "yes you're in the system but some people just got back from lunch so it may move faster now. You're just going to have to wait another couple of hours" No I really can't! 8-10 hours to get a driver's license is ridiculous! One star is being generous, someone should be held accountable

Make sure you bring your phone so they can send you sms alerts for you line. There is very little to eat at the location

In line from 10: 55 am utill 2: 40 and still was not seen. They need to do better you spend all day their for nothing.
