25Stay away, stay far away. This place is a bad relic from the past. Add a few dollars more and get a decent hotel.
The hotel is close to universal parks and to lots of restaurants and stores, but the hotel itself disappointed mainly due to its cleanness. We found cockroaches in our room, so we complained in the reception and they transferred us to another room, which later we also found cockroaches.
First room was torn up, place is under renovation. They moved us to another room without issues and it looked much nicer with space.
I expected what I paid for, that being said. “HOLY BEDBUGS BATMAN” not to mention not having a phone in the room is a HUGE safety issue and the manager was flat out rude. I will say that the desk staff is pleasant but I will never return and would advise you to STAY AWAY! I also filed a formal complaint with the state.
STAY AWAY! WET CARPETS, SMELLED LIKE MOLD. WAS FOLLOWED BY A GUY TO MY ROOM AND HEARD HIM SAYING HE WAS GOING TO ROB OUR ROOM. HORRIBLE SECURITY PLEASE STAY AWAY!
