Don't ever rent from those people wrost customer Service ever I give them a star but they don't deserve no star at all

If you are a property owner and seeking to use this company to lease your property, keep looking! The staff is unprofessional and unresponsive to potential renters. They don't seem to actively engage with callers which will cost you money.

This property management company has been the best I have ever worked with! They respond to questions and requests within a timely manner and are very courteous and friendly! Jennifer is so easy to work with and has made owning a rental from a long distance away a "piece of cake" compared to other property management companies I have dealt with!

Poor customer service. Unresponsive to calls and emails. Stand people up who have scheduled appointments. Just call and try to get a human, the run around will be your response. Try to avoid!

Mary Barker amazing Director. Straight to the point and hard worker. Wherever she goes she will excel. Could have done this a while back. Never too late.

Dallas is very personable, yet extremely professional. She is very quick to respond to maintenance requests and yes she even returns your voice mail messages.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over a week about one of their rental listings. I have filled out the contact form, sent an email and called several times. I have yet to receive even the mere courtesy of a return phone call or message.

I worked with Bricen Wood over the past week or so in connection with leasing a property in Florida. He is easy to work with, understands tenants perspective and tries to resolve them as best as he can.

WORSE PLACE EVER TO RENT FROM. The property managers are rude, they have a high turn over rate with their property managers. They can't respond to emails. They request that the tenants make themselves available for all repairs instead of the property managers entering the properties and addressing repairs as needed. The take forever to fix problems. DON'T RENT FROM THEM

Orlando Realty & Property Management have been amazing! I live out of state, and they are helping to manage a rental property for me. They have really helped in making the process as smooth and painless as possible. Bricen Wood has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

I must admit, at first it was like catching sunlight trying to get a hold of someone. But.last week our property manager Jennifer gave me a call to check on us. She was very thorough and made sure all our requests were taken care of. We even renewed our lease for another year!

Our new Property Manager, Jennifer Elliott, is extremely helpful, friendly and efficient which cannot be said of everyone we have dealt with at ORPM. She deals with requests in a timely manner and ensures that we are kept informed on any issues.

Worst rental company I have ever experienced, and I've been renting for years. There are many issues with the house that they either take forever to fix, or downright won't fix. Worst ever. If you have another choice, stay away.

Service is very shaky. They have a vacant home for rent that I'm interested in, all I ask is to make an appointment/instructions to see it. They put me on hold for almost 10 minutes just to tell me they'll call me back. Still no word. All I want is the combo for the lockbox or have someone open it up for us in 2 days. Too much to ask? Worst part is its a place we really like.
