Outback Steakhouse, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Practically empty still took our server forever to come to the table or bring our drinks and my filet was super dry and tiny not like other outbacks I was disappointed

I love the bake potatoes soup! The bread and the Alice Springs chicken. Food is always great. They are never packed when I go in right now with covid and I like that. Lots of space between customers!

Food here is usually superb. But this time it was a little different. Maybe the pandemic has a part in it. But over all my meal was still decent.

All of the food was cold. I don't mean just not hot enough, it was cold. Steak, potatoes, sandwich, baked potato soup = cold, cold, cold, and very cold. Cheese and butter not melting at all. I figured they were having oven issues and hopefully it's resolved now.

Our server Jordan was spot on with our food! He mad our dinning experience very enjoyable, we will definitely be back because of him!

The people, food and service are excellent. Even the owner came by to make sure everything was ok. We always enjoy going there.which we do several times a month.

We had a good time at this restaurant. We were greeted immediately with a smile and very professional and were seated right away. The waitress took care of us as soon as we were seated and was very friendly and professional. The food was served timely and was prepared very well and tasted very good. Atmosphere was casual and comfortable. We plan to return to this Outback and we definitely recommend this place. Keep up the good work!

Great location. Parking was great and had no trouble finding the restaurant. The food here is excellent and perfect for families.

I can sit outside with my dog and they give her water without me asking. Oh and the steaks are awesomeness

Service & food arrival slow. Ordered Dover chicken ribs. The chicken was disgusting covered in liquid smoke flavor, bbq sauce is gross flavor ribs also completely covered in liquid smoke. 1st time I have been to this restaurant in 15 years cant believe still in business with food that bad.

Yelp is not getting many good reviews for this Outback. This used to be a go to restaurant when in town, there in no way it could be that bad. I was right. The service by Tish was outstanding, the meal was delicious, and the manager Forrest had time to come over to see how everything was. If you have not been there in a while go. Heck it out.

The staff was very attentive to the take out. The food was great. I just did not like the circle area for the take out. It was located right up front and there were cars getting take out and people going in and out. I am sure they were just working with what building area they have, but next time I will go in to get the delicious food.

Good service. Their blooming onion is amazing and their prime rib is off the chain. Try their coconut shrimp appetizer. It's out of this world.

I have always had a great dinner at Outback. I love how tender the steaks are. The servers are informative and very helpful. This is my experience!

All the food was overly seasoned. I'm talking I could see the thick layer of seasoning on every wing, fry, Cesar dressing, and even potato soup. It was awful. I love some good seasonings but not to the point your lips hurt.

Went here for my daughter's 21st birthday about 2: 00 pm. My daughter and I ordered prime rib. The waitress took our order brought our drinks. A little while later she returned saying that we couldn't have prime rib because it wouldn't pbe ready untill after 4: 00 pm. We declined to settle for
something that we didn't want. There was a table of 4 next to us who had also planned to order prime rib. A woman said and I agree. Prime rib should not be on the menu is they aren't serving it. They lost 6 customers that day. My daughter and I haven't been there since. If something is on the menu they are obligated to serve it and time of day shouldn't matter. Boycott this place.

Went there five years ago steak was terrible. Went last month to same location, had a great sandwich! Go figure!

I used to love going to the Outback Steakhouse! However, I'm very disappointed with how badly this place deteriorated.

We were a party of 3 with main craving/ goal of getting our lambchop fix.

Disappointment #1 - the Outback Steakhouse NO LONGER SERVES LAMB! Seriously? ! Aren't they suppose to be ite connection to New Zealand's best, world-famous lamb? !

Disappointment #2 - 15 minute wait FOR OUR DRINKS! Not to order them, just to get them. 1 beer, 1 white wine and 1 red wine.after 15 minutes we got 1 beer and 2 red wines. It took another 5 minutes to get the glad of white wine.

Disappointment #3 - we each ordered steaks, 2 with butter toppings one without, all medium, with different with sides. All steaks arrived overdone with a thick layer of char on them. The potatoe sides had all wrong toppings. Honestly, the only well prepared portion of our meals were the sides of asparagus. Done perfectly but only 4 piers per setting.

The sole benefit of this dinner outing - the dogs had a great treat when we returned home!

Given the circumstances, as it stands today,   this restaurant became just another mediocre steakhouse, using exotic dish names to falsely exuberate it's former glory and quality of food and service that is simply no longer available here.

The service is usually horrible. The manager is very rude. Don't bother going. Waste of money and time. The past 3 times I went I've had to wait very long for my food n drinks. I've ordered mr steaks and gotten mw to very wd steaks. I used to go all the time but will never go ever again.
