Outback Steakhouse, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Center cut surloin (med rare) 9 oz with a bourbon bacon glaze, sweet potato, broccoli & cheese & for desert the Thunder Down Under brownie sundae. It was sooooo good! We even asked if we could get our margaritas in the taller glass instead of the one pictured. She had no.problem doing that. By far, Outback is still the best restaurant I've ever been to. They even have delivery (their own drivers, instead of a company) & of course curb-side take-out.

Food was soso: steak tender but very fat; mashed potatoes awful. Ribs were tasty but burnt at edges. Will NOT be rushing back.

No part of me wanted to come here and write a bad review however I’m just beyond disappointed especially after the amount of money I spent to get dinner delivered to my house and the messed up my dinner TWICE. I was about $100 delivery order and it was for last night I ordered the 10 ounce ribeye the blue cheese Pecan chopped salad, loaded mashed potatoes and a garlic butter topping for my steak. I was treating myself. My RARE steak was cooked passed medium! Ew. Both sides & steak topping have an up charge to get them but Did I mention I never received my loaded mash, garlic butter topping or my blue cheese vinaigrette dressing which I asked EXTRA! So instead they give me blue cheese dressing? ! Which is disgusting and isn’t the dressing that goes with the salad. So when I called up there to tell them what happened because like I said I just paid $100+ for my delivery to my house for my family and most of my dinner was not even there? ! She quickly apologized and had them deliver to me a whole new dinner. Which is nice and all but I missed eating dinner with my family! THIS IS THE KICKER ~ when my order finally arrives THEY STILL DID NOT SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED. I didn’t even bother calling back it was just a big disappointment and let down my dinner was on was 50 bucks alone and I didn’t even get to eat it and honestly I just wish I got my money back and I wish that we never ordered from outback but I can guarantee you I will be ordering from all back anymore like I’m so disappointed I really just wish they’d give me my money back this is such a joke. I didn’t even get to eat their disgusting food and I had to tip the guy an additional five dollars bc it wasn’t his fault they don’t know how to package and read it to go order? ! Mind you I’ve worked at outback’s before they have specific to go people for that nobody else has to do it just let you go people and that’s all that they are therefore is to do to go orders and they still messed it up two times! So I just spent so much money to just have the worst experience with outback when it’s really not that hard to give me what I order. This place is a negative stars that’s ridiculous when you guys are at steak house you should know how to cook a steak and you should be able to know how to wrap up at to go order so that everybody has what they ordered because guess what we PAID for it

This restaurant is in a great location and easy to access. The steak I had was tasty, tender, and cooked perfectly as per my choices. The baked potato is prepared by rolling it in salt before cooking. Therefore, if you have a meal such as my steak that produces allot of fluid, you should keep the steak separate unless you like salty food. Overall the atmosphere and waiters were excellent. A very good job by their team to make my dining experience a plus.
