Oxford Manor Apartments, Gainesville FL

Can be confusing to navigate but other than that the amenities are pretty good. Maintenance does take some time to follow through with requests and sometimes they don't at all. Grounds are maintained well up by the front but not really the farther back you go. The price is decent for the area but the apartments could definitely use some updating. The staff is very nice and understanding with requests and questions.

My daughter just moved into this place. It looks clean and well-organized. Parking seems plentiful and not too tight. In speaking with the staff in the office, they seem pretty knowledgeable and helpful too. They made the moving in process pretty simple.

Love it! Literally never more than like 10 steps from a pool. The gym is also pretty bomb, nice not to have to drive to one.

This place is pretty chill.anytime i have something go wrong, the maintenance man shows up either same day, or day after.the back pool is pretty sweet because there is a built in gas grill, perfect for summertime pool parties. I've never had a bad experience with the office staff either. Nicole, Samantha and Michael are always available and willing to help.i'll def be here for a while

The staff at Oxford Manor is incredible! They don't know when some of us are going to get power againeas it's out of their control but they're always willing to help and inform. Thank you Oxford Manor for everything that you do

I don't know why people would bother to complain about power outages after the hurricane. Oxford Manor kept us informed with many updates and ultimately there is nothing they can do as it was a GRU problem! Still the management team did a great job trying to make us comfortable by providing food, snacks, and entertainment. They really do care about their residents. Great place to live!

I've been to many apartments in Gainesville and this is one of the best. Great amenities and convenient location. Planning to renew my lease again.

Moved in one year ago. Renewed lease for another year. Nice apartment. Staff friendly.accommodating. Maintenance staff does good work. James, maintenance, has provided excellent service for me over the last year. I would recommend these apartments for anyone moving to Gainesville for school. Close to UF, shops, and restaurants!

Great for college students. My daughter just got in there sharing a 3 bedroom. Seems like a really decent place.

There are a lot of trees and super sketchy a night. I would be afraid to get mugged or assaulted at night AND get lost.

Oxford is a nice place to live. They have a gate guard who keeps the area safe and they have lots of parking, a nice pool, gym, basketball court and more. The rooms are small depending on what type of apartment you get. But it is a nice place to live and a good place for if you have visitors because of the nice living space.
