I had to replace the key to my 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. Tom in the parts department took great care of me and had the key programmed and cut in approximately 30 mins. I would definitely go back for any future needs. Thank you Tom for your help and rapid response to get my key replaced.

Great experience at Palm Chevrolet. What made this purchase special was our salesman Dylan Ross. He did not pressure us to buy at anytime but was personable and tried to find us a vehicle that had everything we wanted and working with us at every step of the process. Someone had stolen my car adapter phone charger because as I was driving back home about an hour away i notice that they closed my sunroof sliding par t of the window and as I reached for my car phone charger as I always do it was gone.

Just bought a "certified used" vehicle and before driving off the lot check engine light came on. Instead of saying here let's fix that for you the salesman started asking whether we bought the extended warranty. I guess that's how they really feel about their customers. Then we get it back to service and they say it's just an emissions code that they were going to clear it out took them over 25 minutes to clear out a code from the computer.
