Palm Chevrolet reviews
34I live in gainesville and I had some questions about a vehicle. Jeremy in service helped answer all of the questions and was very professional!
Good service department. Friendly employees. In the last 15 years I have bought 4 vehicles here (two for me and two for kids) and will buy another next year or so.
I have purchased 9 GM products 5 of which were Chevy products 2 from Palm Chevrolet in Ocala, Fl. Palm sales team makes the buying process simple, transparent pricing and great financing options. I’ve twice had to use the body shop and they are artists. They have a paintless dent removal guy that’s incredible. They price match tires and have repair department that knows my car inside and out. Happy customer.
I took my 2011 Chevrolet there to have the transmission diagnosed and repair it, but they were going to charge more than my extended warranty would pay so we moved it to TransMax Transmission shop and had it repaired there at the cost that the extended warranty would pay.
Clean waiting area, curtious service people. The waits a little long and the car wash was broken down when I went. But over all always a pleasure going to Palm Chevrolet.
Finally I got service like I am use to. We have been here 4 years, this is the first time that I was truly satisfied. Thank goodness the old people retired or got fired. My truck was fixed (so far so good) and for the very first time it got a wash before I left. Now, if they would have a separate line for just oil change like other dealerships do in other states that would be great. I know baby steps, baby steps.
Not quite ready to buy a car yet, but Rick Osbourne was able to answer all of my question regarding the Chevrolet equinox and I will certainly be back.
Had issues updating my system. Took three visits, but on the third visit they gave me a loaner and when the update was completed, they waived the $100+ update fee!
My husband just bought a car from Palm Chevrolet and air car we are very happy with it. We drove all the way from Georgia because we have purchased from them for years. Ed’s a very nice salesman.
Great experience buying a car at palm Chevrolet with salesman Ed Del Río.thanks again for your great service.
I had a great experience at Palm Chevrolet! I walked in and was greeted immediately. Rick Osborne especially enhanced my visit, he was very friendly and represented the company well. Would recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy here!
Most unfriendly to the handicapped, they make a point of treating all VETERAN'S horrible as possible, and like to steal walking devices from Army Vets, for amusement.
If i ever need help from my friends at chevy i know i can always count on richard de jesus. I have no problem recommending him to any of my customers. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest.
Salesman Ed is their best salesman, I’ve been going there for years and getting great deals. If you are looking for an honest salesman, ask for Ed.
