Last time I ate here, all the employees were pretty rude. But, thanks to Dontae and his good customer service, faith has been restored in this Panda Express. Thanks for your good attitude, fast pace, and friendly manner-we’ll be back soon.

Went to this Panda Express July 24 around 3 after being exhausted and starving from the park. The lady serving us was the rudest person i have ever met. Was rushing my family and I to order even though it was our first time eating there. We were looking thru the different chickens and steaks taking our time but knowing there was no one else in line after us. Her service was awful and the serving was so poor in quantity. So expensive for the little that was served. Not even enough for a baby. Will never visit this Panda Express again. Wouldn’t even be mad if it were taken down.

Don’t eat at this Panda. I purchased several times and they were always nasty. The staff are rude, grumpy and offensive. They keep stealing my food. Each time my order always missed an item or two. When I showed them the receipt, they said I had to talk to the security accusing me of lying. I wonder if they intentionally miss items from all orders? Then when the customers ask for the items they have paid for, the staff threaten to call the security! Nasty. That’s thievery. Do not waste your time and money here.

I don’t leave reviews but the lack of professionalism in this Panda Express surprised me. I came to eat here on July 24 around 1: 30 pm. The restaurant was empty and upon ordering I could already tell the lady working there did not want to be there. She had attitude, was mean, and impatient. Any question or change of food would agitate her. I know we all have bad days and personal problems but bottom line is she is at work. My family and I did not deserve that. I was super tired and hungry and after that uncomfortable situation, I barely ate my food. Plus, it was trash. Stay away from this Panda Express! It makes a mockery of the rest of them.

My girlfriend was ordering food and I stepped out of line since I realized I no longer wanted food, and the lady (short and older with an annoying tinny voice) serving her decided to take my girlfriend's order (which had already been started) and transform it into the lady behind myself's order because she thought my girlfriend had stepped out of line. However, this was not the case because my girlfriend had not moved an inch. Halfway through girlfriend's order, after her food had to be remade, the SAME LADY from the BEGINNING of the line calls our attention when we're almost done adding toppings to say "you have to get out of line since you said never mind" and forced FOUR people in front of us who were very confused and were definitely not complaining. I said "I'M the one that got out of line, not her, and it's not that hard. " Then the lady ignored us. My girlfriend was served without utensils and I was left livid due to poor staff attitude and obstinate nature. No apology was given for being rudely yelled at or strife caused.

If possible, I would have given this place a 0/5, especially since none of the other staff members said anything about the woman's rude behavior that caused an awkward silence in the room.

I couldn't even get to the restaurant, I drove there and it took me to the hard rock cafe entrance and said to walk the rest of the way.

Really disappointed with the food. Ordered the noodles with 2 entres. Noodles completely under cooked, chicken and shrimp seems as though it was out all day but yet not hot. Servers were working quick to push everyone through the line although not very crowded at all. Folks with me had the same complaints about their food. Just hoping that, this location being a prime location, the experience improves at this particular location.

Disappointing, arrived at 30 minutes before closing. Staff not friendly. Pointed at their food, and said "Thats it, we close at 11pm! " Only had teriyaki chicken and two other entrees. My son and daughter only likes white steamed rice. Did not make any effort to make additional food. Judging from previous reviews. The place needs personal changes. My thoughts, close at 10pm then.

I encountered no issues when I visited the Universal Studio Orlando Panda Express in January this year nice good, reasonable price but many staff looked miserable and that they didn’t want to be there which I understand but you still need to provide good customer service. If you don’t like the job you are in then find one you do like and that makes you happy will make a huge difference to your wellbeing:) didn’t put me off as a tourist from the U. K.but it was sad to see.

We’re sick and tired of eating burger and fries so we decided to try this “gourmet” Chinese food. Very disappointing. Service is not good. The male taking our order was very impatient and seemed in a rush to go home. Broccolli tasted burnt. The food sucked.

Staff that served me were good but other staff not so much. I was watching a staff member tearing strips off other staff out back in plain sight.

For the non spicy lover your mouth will be on fire after eating most dishes including the noodles, orange chicken and honey chicken.

Staff seem a little stressed and aggravated. Too much spice in dishes that shouldn't really have a bite to it.

Food was fine but staff was rude. I thought it was an off day but based on other reviews that seems to be the norm. Other places to eat have nice workers. It's really kind of sad and definitely needs to be addressed by management.

Too bad for rude customer service. I personally do not care to see a manager roll her eyes and a team member give a guest for a hard time over opening a drawer

Fast service and ok price considering it is right in the Universal complex. Staff were friendly.

Probably pretty good if you eat meat, but vegetarian / vegan options are very restricted.

Very plain and quite dry, make sure you get a sauce, but the portion sizes were pretty good.

Clean, tidy and just enough seating.

NO free drink refills at Citywalk! Change Your policy And do free refills like you do at all of your other restaurants. Moes next to you does so don’t give me any excuses. Typical tourist scam.

Employees were serving food without gloves both days my family and I stopped in for lunch. We went elsewhere both days. If they can't be bothered to use gloves, I wonder what other sanitary measures are foregone.

Food was fantastic, serving size was more than enough. Workers seemed to not enjoy their job and clearly did not want to be there. We felt like we were not wanted there and the workers were pushing us along the line and seemed very unhappy with us. I'd rather find another restaurant with workers that enjoy what they are doing.

Horrible food! Horrible service. Everything has a ton of sodium. The rice is like white rice with a drop of soy sauce and two peas and carrot cubes in it. And the line is like a factory. They rush you to order and you feel like trash after eating it.

3$ for a 1 time drink, no refills, no sign stating no refills, was fast pace line, so customer service was what one would expect, quick and wasnt rude, but seriously if no refills put up a sign, burger King next door at least offers refills
