29I came here yesterday 5-12-18 and my rice was so hard, some of it was also gummy. I will never eat here again when I’m at universal. If I had a choice I wouldn’t give them a star at all!
The service sucks. I reached out to grab my food and did not hand it to me. Cashier lady seems like she has an attitude.
As to be expected at any restaurant in a theme park, the portions are tiny and expensive. For the higher prices you would expect higher quality food than other Panda Expresses but that is not the case. Tons of better places to eat in Orlando than here.
Generally we are a fan, but this one is bad in too many levels. Fried rice is strangely bland and they run out of food even an hour before closing. Sad that it's in such a premium spot (city walk) yet disappointing.
The employees were really rude and aggressive. The portions were much smaller than usual and they got our orders wrong. Would not recommend this place, pls go somewhere else: (don't eat here it's not worth it.
Right by other restaurants I had some food from Panda express and it was as any other Panda Express.they were fast and I had no problems at all.
Horrible location. Felt like cattle being pushed through the line. Staff was rude and short. Management should be ashamed.

The other reviews are right, Alissia is very far from professional. Very poor service to my family when we ordered. Other reviews back this up. Avoid this location and go to one of the many other restaurants nearby.
