Panera Bread, Weston FL

Done with this Panera. I've ordered to-go 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times my order was not complete and I had to go back to the store. First time they refunded me thankfully second time they said sorry and offered a cookie. And each time it was multiple sandwiches missing not just a piece of bread. Waste of time.

No stars if I could.
First off there is covid 19 the place was a disaster food all over the tables nothing was wiped down people left behind hats etc like no one had taken the time in the past hour or two to clean the floor! The staff was really rude, she was training another young girl her age and kept rolling her eyes at me and became very frustrated trying to keep up with my order to go. All the food is out not covered at all. Avoid this place at all cost. The one in downtown Fort Lauderdale is actually clean n pleasant staff! Avoid Weston Panera bread!

I enjoy this Panera location, but all the bench seats in the booths are lose and slide out. Need to fix.

The older lady at the counter was slow and not the nicest.they need more than 1 person working the counter.

If you need to buy a gallon of coffee, don’t waste your time by going to this place. I put an online order at 2: 41p for a pick up at 3p.then at 2: 47p
I received an email saying that my order was ready. I arrived at 3: 22p to the place and my order wasn’t ready. The girl from the front asked my last name twice because they didn’t know where my order was.they gave me finally my order at 3: 48p without cups or cream.apparently, they are not like Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts, where they give you everything and they also have a better customer services than this place.

The service was extremely slow. I was the only one standing there waiting for take out and it took them more than 15-20 minutes to get my meal. The soup was not even warm. I would not recommend this service.

I ordered curbside pickup and half of my order was missing. Instead of making up for it, the manager blamed the computer system and asked us to pay again. No thanks. Terrible customer service

I ordered some soup from them off panera bread and my order never arrived. Overall I’m not happy with my experience

I used to love this place but I don't know what happen.
Few weeks ago I order 3 coffees and they took 20 minutes and they where cold and I order hot coffee, and today I ordered a strawberry chicken salad and the guy told me that they didn't have the salad when my order was ready.
I honestly hope that they get better.

First I tried the self service kiosk. Went thru the entire process and I was unable to pay. Then I stood on a long line (only 1 cashier). From the time I paid for my order and received my order it took 20 minutes. The food was good but I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Service extremely slow. Wasn’t anyone in line but one person. I watched manager make food while joking with staff who were not even busy standing around. In my Cobb salad the Rhine of the avocado and it took 15 min to get my salad

Do not buy pastries from this Panera. It’s my fifth time I come and there are flies sitting on the unenclosed pastries. That is unacceptable for recognized bakery like this one. Either enclose the pastries and bread or install a vestibule at the entrance to keep the flies out. PLEASE!

I can not order the soup until 11: 00 am. Also I can not wait in the line. Staff is not good today, they are grauchy and irrespectful. I am at Weston Panera.

This Panera is always disgusting, but for some reason I decided to get it today, Big Mistake. Terrible stomach aches all day and “more”. 100% got food poisoning from this trash location. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this location, and save your money.

Chain food, higher than average prices. Can get same quality sandwiches and soup next door at Publix for 1/3 less. What are you paying extra for?

Wonderful place to eat their staff has improved in customer service. Eddie took our order very nice and pleasant. Sometimes they give you the wrong order but they always fix the problem.

This Panera did not provide as big a salad as others and I have been to a few different locations. It was a little disappointing. Quality was still good.

Can you believe they ran out of bread to go with our soup? Why is it always so COLD there, so you'll drink more coffee?

Had lunch on a Saturday, we found seating fast and easily. Did not have to wait long for the food and the staff was friendly. Good place to have a quick stop to relax for lunch. Really good pastries too.
