Panera Bread, Weston FL

While busy, today's wait to order was less than 5 minutes, and our orders (myself and 2 co-workers), was also very quick to be delivered.

This place is a lots of fun great food awesome Wi-Fi unlimited coffee unlimited drinks (non-alcoholic) lots of people to talk to and friendly.

I love Panera. They have such a great range of food for you to choose from. If the line is long, you can always go over to the side and use one of the computers to order your own food. It's credit card only, but it's a lot faster than waiting in line. You just have to peek your head around the corner to check to see which wonderful pastry you want is available. The soups are great, the sandwiches are great, everything here is good. They're prompt in serving you, and they appreciate it if you bus your table, but it's not necessary. It's busy there, and it's hard to find a table at mealtimes, but if it's a nice day, you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze.

We used the Kiosk to put our order. We paid with our credit card. We got a pager, it supposed to vibrate after 15 minutes. No to much people were there. It past 30 minutes and not vibration. At the 45th minute we wen to ask for our food. They asked about our names. They couldn’t find any order under my name. Even my credit card had my name. We requested to talk to the manager. The little unfriendly lady said “I am the manager”. So unfriendly. They repeated to us: ” sorry sir no order under your name”. I showed her the credit card receipt from Chase. It was Spanish. They embarrassed us saying “sorry I don’t understand Spanish”. I said madame you don’t need to understand Spanish, you just need to read the receipt from Chase charging me $27 credited to Panera Bread”.
She said go home and when you get the receipt from your credit card come here and talk to me again and we’ll see what we can do. I asked her for a biz card for next time when I get there. She went to get one. Past 15 minutes she didn’t come back. We went in the meant time to look for her, close to where the food orders came up. And guess what we saw our name there with our order.the receipt was there with our names.
We requested to call the manager. She came. She said ah ok your name is there, ok take the food. We said the food is cold. We can’t take it. Please you have 2 options get us with a warm food to go, or money back. She didn’t say anything. She just went away. 20 minutes later we just left Panera with our food and haven paid.
So a bad experience. I will never go there again.

The staff were extremely friendly, I just have the same problem at every Panera, the food is not very good.

Always fresh and tasty. Very nice employees. Unfortunately, they left the bacon, avocado and tomato off my two, takeout, Turkey avocado BLTs, but the manager was nice, and offered replacement and coupons when i return.

My lunch today was cream of broccoli and Caesar salad Caesar salad was no good broccoli soup was good

Coffee all the time cold or just cool and sometimes empty even thought it's during the morning hours. First time dining here and again coffee dead cold.

Food quality is always good but it shouldn't take 10 minutes to a toasted takeout bagel. To top it off I ordered an everything bagel and when I opened the bag in my car it was plain.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Found a live BUG (beetle or ladybug) crawling in my salad. Manager was professional and gave me a refund but there is no excuse for bugs in food. I won't be back anytime soon!

Placed an order online for over 100 dollars when my family went to pick it up they did not print out the order. After waiting a while to receive the order the management compinsated with extra food. Then told us to email the corporate office. Don't worry we will.

Panera can do no wrong in my books. We need one in Jamaica. This particular branch on Weston is homey, and i always saw a sweet bubbly cashier named Eliza. She feels like your favourite aunt at Thanksgiving. I love the food. It's definitely one of the healthier fast food options at a good price point, with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. Salads, soups, sandwiches and tasty desserts. Food always fresh. Panera wins. Shame I took so long to discover it.

Long wait, couple of flies in food line prep area. People hand back their half eaten food to get order corrected.that's a little weird. But do I go back for the broccoli and cheddar soup? Of course. It's conveniently near my workplace.

The you pick two menu offers many sandwich, soup, salad and side choices and the food is always fresh and delicious. I had a half sandwich and French onion soup that both tasted great, my daughter chose the half sandwich with Mac and cheese, which were also awesome. They both came with crusty bread on the side which is a lot of bread but it's Panera bread.so who's complaining?
