Papa John's Pizza, Jacksonville FL

They always mess your order up undercook the pizza crust it be soggy as hell. It used to be good in late 90s early 2000s but they definitely went downhill and then the issue with the previous ceo left a stain. That they can’t get out.

Driver are great. The staff in the store suck. Our order has been wrong the past several times. They can't get it right. Order your pizza from somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

Every pizza experience we’ve had in Jacksonville has been a nightmare (DON’T do the dominoes here lol) but just ordered here & they said an hour wait & we got it in ten minutes! Super nice & easy service & hot pizza & our order was correct for once! Surprised & happy. One of the only good reviews I have for this town so far.

I'd say its kind of a game of russian roulette, except there are 3 bullets instead of 1 with this location. On some instances, I've gotten my pizza in less than 20 mins and its extremelly hot, and other times I have an order so wrong that they give me someone elses order after waiting an 1 hr or they end up just not bringing the drinks with them. Reason rated I as high as I did is because I could be partially to blame because I sometimes order near closing, and most ppl know you don't order food 45-30 mins before closing. Which is probably why I got my pizza slammed into the right side of the box on delivery tonight. But at least its hot though.

Have been ordering from this location for a while and never had much of an issue. However today after placing an order there delivery driver decided not to knock or ring our door bell or call us to inform us the food was here. After waiting over an hour for the food my husband stepped outside to call the and saw our food was placed outside by our garbage can. With flys and ants all over the boxes. When calling the establishment they informed us we were in the wrong and they were not obligated to call us or ring the door bell or even knock more then once and they would NOT be refunding us or making us new food. After much arguing with the manager they agreed to remake the food. This is incredibly unsanitary and not a good business practice I would recommend ordering from a different more responsible Papa Johns.

1/23- the pizza crust was literally burnt! Completely unsat. This location has so many issues with consistent quality. I'm sad to say I won't be going back to this location. P
Worst ever and now reading their city inspection report- is it meat or burnt flies? Management isn't paying attention.

I had previously written a not so good review, the very next day I had taken a customer survey and expressed my concerns and disappointment. Within 24hrs I had a reply in an email with a personal apology and a credit for my last order. When we placed an order to redeem one of our free pizzas and had no issues at all. I really appreciate the consideration from the whole Papa John's team. Thank you for righting the wrong.

I have to be honest, this pizza is totally a zero rating. I've never ordered a meat lovers pizza that had skimpy portions of meat. I'm a Pizza Hut stickler & normally I stick to that chain. I wanted to try something different with my grand kids & ordered an extra large pizza & 2 of the sandwiches. I unfortunately after $38 including tip won't be returning.

Ordered pizza took 2 hours for them to deliver to the wrong house. After calling a couple times they where very rude and acted like they didn’t care. Said we would get my money back.which hasn’t happened. I don’t understand why west side Papa Johns is like this, is it the area? The staff? They just don’t care, sloppy and rude.so off to Rennas pizza. 30 mins and no problem. And people wonder how business run to the ground

Pizza is ok. Same as it every was. Across 103 Rd is Marco's. Much better pizza and worth the price

Ordered two pizzas for a party night, and they were all burnt. Our chicken wings were overcooked and dried up (obviously from being overcooked). We have had many orders from them in the past and the experience was always good up until this point. It had totally ruined our fun night with our friends. We had reached out to them about the experience, and they did make it right by us.

Very easy to order and serve quickly with an awesome tasty pizza, along with their cost saving coupons
They have a unique taste that makes it very desirable.

Poor service. Given 30 to 45 minute wait for carry out but when we got there for pick up was told indifinte time to wait due to large online order after over an hour we left no plzza.

Typical pick up our order Papa John's Pizza people are friendly there Quick Service if you need to order a Papa John's you can drop in and get one or you can order ahead of time.

Garbage, watch the tracker they will literally let your pizza sit for half a hour before they even leave the store to bring it to you and once it gets to you its a nasty piece of cardboard

The vegetarian pizza was tasteless. I asked for extra: sausage. It tasted more like oregano than any meat. The garlic sauce was not spreadable at all and very greasy. No tip, cause i thought i would leave it after tasting. Smart choice.

Ordered grilled chicken and cheese pizza last night Everyone got food poisoning. I spent this morning with my five year old daughter in the doctor office crying about the pain

Very clean. And fast friendly service. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends, family and co-workers. Keep up the great work.
