Papa John's Pizza, Jacksonville FL

Literally only one out of three orders were right, seems like no one knows what is going on. Not the first time Papa John's has let me down. Only one pizza had parmigiana in it. Little blonde girl didn't ask for my phone number, didn't give me a receipt, and when I returned to pick up my orders, no one knew where my order was even though my name is on the box. Does anyone read in this joint? Not giving them a third chance. Step up your game Papa John's.

Service was good but when my pizza arrived it was cold, soggy and undone. I didn't call to complain because I didn't wanna be that person but boy did I just lose out on some money.: (and I guess they don't care either considering this post has been up for a week and no one even bothered to respond back! That's horrible customer service. Order somewhere else unless you want a spoiled old cheese pizza.

Bad place. Unclean store and unclean hands making your food. Old broken down equipment and rude managers. If y ou only knew how filthy this place was you would never eat there. The only nice person in Management there is the store manager. Where's the restaurant report and the health dept. When you need them. Grrr. Just nasty.

Last time I ordered, my order was accurate and delivered at the estimated time. That's amazing for a Friday night at 7pm.

My pizza was a little burnt but the manager called me and was so nice! I would go here again because of the excellent customer service!

My pizza was burnt my garlic knots were burnt. I called the 'manager' said he made the pizza I asked if he was blind. Not a good pizza
