I have used this company many times for our cruise parking and never had a problem until our April 11th cruise was cancelled due to Covid-19. I cancelled my reservation on April 1st and received a prompt email back confirming my cancellation and saying my card would be credited within 14-21 days. It is now May 22nd and I still have NOT received my refund, and the emails I have sent regarding it have been completely ignored. Even though I’ve had good results with them in the past, they have lost my future business and recommendations to others.

Reasonable price for parking, much cheaper than parking at the cruise-owned ports. Friendly staff. 5 minute shuttle ride to cruise ships. Easy to sign up and pay.

Seriously will NEVER park here again- the low price is not worth the Wait.
When we arrived for departure, we waited 1.75 hrs with two small children, crazy. Their reasoning was that the ships arrived late hence they were still picking up passengers.
Upon disembarking from the Ship we again WAITED 1.5 HRS, they were bringing passengers to the ships instead of picking up. After the third van pulled up both my Son in Law and Husband insisted they take Us. There were two other families in the same situation.
Obviously they do not Run ENOUGH vans. Very very poor service- not worth it.

Can be very overwhelming when it comes to timeliness. My boarding time was 2 o’clock, I arrived here at 1: 14 exactly. After parking, and waiting on the shuttle, we were finally sitting on the shuttle at 1: 36. From then until 2: 00 we just sat WAITING. Now I wouldn’t be so upset if the shuttle run time wasn’t inconsistent with the boarding time. My boarding time is 2: 00, how can I possibly arrive on time if we leave at 2. But that’s not the only problem, the driver let us know we are waiting on everyone to show up and asked the passengers were there any other family or friends the should wait for. Why should we wait for people running 30mins late if we are here prior to our time? If you are a timely person, don’t park here. My nerves are shot right now. Almost an hour later, we are flying to my boat. ‍️

This is a great off site parking area. Very efficient and quick. I will always park with them for future cruises out of Port Canaveral.

This company has ZERO sense of urgency. We waited forever to leave the lot and were extremely late to board the ship.

When we arrived back at the port to take the shuttle back to the lot we waited almost an hour to get on. The entire company is obviously logistically challenged and is in no way attempting to make sure that the customer is put first. The lack of organization and and use of basic common sense is mind blowing. Not worth the money saved. Wouldn’t recommend this company to a stray dog. Avoid!

The bus drivers were on top of everything. Helped to be sure all lugage was properly tagged and loaded and unloaded. All questions was answerd leaveing no concussion.

Organized, small wait, helpful, instructions for a better cruise, funny. Could do with some extra shuttle busses after cruise is over.

When we first arrived I was hopeful. However, my family of 6;4 of which were all under the age of 10 had to stand outside for over an hour waiting on a bus! Really? ! Over an hour. 1 hr and 23 mins to be exact. As a travel agent I'm appalled. Not to mention that trying to ask questions as to why we waited this long, has still gone unheard. Been a week. No call back and certainly no email response. Hmmmm fishy company people, you've been warned. Heed what others have said. They take that money, but customer service is not there.

Also be prepared to "fry" under the Florida sun. Sad, we all burned before ever cruising. You wait outside, with no shade!

I will spend the extra $40 to park at port. Trust me, it will save you Aloe Vera and hurting for a damn week!

Terrible. Fine to ride to the port. Awful for coming back. We've been waiting for 1.5 hours already. They claim buses run every 15 minutes but in reality its every 30. Plus, the one bus that shuttles every 30 minutes goes to a different area (hotel apart of their package) so you have to wait for your area. Next time we'll spend the extra $30 to park at the port. Worth every penny of that.

I was pleased with the service that I received from this company. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because on my cruise arrival date, my group got to Port Canveral after the 2pm cutoff to get our luggage ported on the ship due to us waiting a while for the shuttle driver to take us there. I assume they're required to have so many on the shuttle before they can leave, but it took a while to fill up the shuttle. Had we not been waiting so long, we could've made it before the 2pm cutoff. The shuttle driver acted like he was surprised they had this cutoff. Unless he was a new driver, this is something he should've known. I'm not even a driver and I knew that. So I was a little annoyed that I had to carry (not roll) several bags onto the ship. Outside of this, everything was great. I know it may seem like a big mishap, however, the rest of the service was so great that it still deserved 4 stars. They let you drop your luggage off at the shuttle so you don't have to walk with it from the car to the shuttle {and depending on where you find a parking space, it could be far}. My departure from the cruise ship was such a smooth process. The cruise porter guided me right to the shuttle, the driver loaded my bags on and within a few minutes we were off to our cars. The shuttle driver dropped us off in the middle so most people didn't have a long walk and he unloaded our bags. My car was just like I left it. Entering and exiting the parking lot was such a smooth process. I would use them again, I would just leave earlier, especially since I know that there's a possibility I'll have to wait for a while before the shuttle takes us to the ship. Overall, good experience:)

Easy to get in and out of. Reasonable rates. Shuttles go back and forth on a fairly regular basis. I will keep using them for parking at that port.

First time using this place. We reserved our parking online and paid when we got there. We were early by about 3 hours for our reservation. There was no problem with us paying and getting parked. Staff was very friendly. I think the only problem would be with trying to rememebr where to be picked up after your cruise. They tell you when you are dropped off where to go when you return from your cruise. But we found them and they got us back to our car in about 15 minutes.

Staff was very helpful we were quickly parked and moved our cruise ship, there was a little confusion over where we were going to park but we got that cleared up quickly.

Our favorite park and ride we've used it 5 times now and never had a problem. Friendly drivers load and unload your luggage and fill you in on everything you need to know
