Nope. Will not be parking here again. I gave it a two cause a gentleman from the company was dropping off people for the next cruise and picked us up. But we told the driver one more person was coming and they left. They said they were clear. Uh no. I called about 6 times until someone at the place answered. I'll just pay extra to park at the port.

Getting to the port was a smooth process, but that varies upon your arrival time. But returning is absolute chaos! We returned from our
cruise yesterday on Jan 7-2018 and the waited over 45 mins for a shuttle to take us back to the parking area- I called the number to advise them the issue and I was told to locate a gentleman with khaki pants - grey hair and turquoise shirt. The lady that answered the phone didn't really want to hear the problem and just told me that the "gentleman will put us in a van" but the issue was that there was no- control of who came first after we were counted to be on the next shuttle. When finally a shuttle came the gentleman who was supposed to put the guest in the shuttles by order and counted - directed the guest that was no waiting and just got off the ship to board first meanwhile there was 3 to 4 lines forming which upon arrival there were no lines. A few guest went up to him and inform him of this and was rude about it. I could Understand some of circumstances either ship arriving late etc, but the customer service side of this needs improvement and more shuttles should have been in service. We have used them for a very long time when they use to have the other location. But I must say next we will use someone else.

You park your car and they shuttle you by van to the ship. It's like a 10 minute drive. Luggage accompanies you all the way to the ship.

This place needs new management. I would give them zero stars but the drivers themselves were great. Waited in the heat in the terminal parking lot for TWO HOURS before we were allowed to get on a shuttle. They sent a 16 year old girl to supervise loading and unloading, she had NO idea what she was doing and her response to anything was "I'm new". Several people in line (and I use that term loosely, it was chaos) with us and I tried multiple times to call the company but never got anything but a voicemail. It was a lot of bad business decisions. Not worth the money you might be saving by parking here instead of somewhere else. Pick the somewhere else.

Meh.will not ever park off port again. Parking lot nightmare. Pulled in lot after 30 min wait, was told parking Was across street, Was not inside fence secured as stated. Lots of construction, wait for bus long, never again. Will spend the additional $$$$ and park on site.

When I booked on the website, it clearly states gated and secure parking lot. However, upon arrival, we were sent across the street to an unsecure hotel parking lot. Knowing this, I would have made other reservations. In addition, we waited in line for nearly a half an hour to board a shuttle to take us to the terminal. We waited so long, we missed our assigned “boarding time” for the boat. While the drivers were very friendly, it did not make up for the other issues.

I sent an email asking them to give me a call to discuss my displeasure. I gave them more a week to reply before posting and still have received no response.
