Do not take your gold in at all, they are not payen top price as they claim.the people behind the counter are husslen to produce a qouata for themselves, even the managers such as Eric are low ballen the scrap gold, myself and all my friends and family will never do buisness again

Do not go to the store I showed up about 20 minutes before they closed they help the customer that came in behind me first with about 10 minutes left before they closed they started helping me very slowly and unofficially in at 10 o’clock they informed me that they were not going to be able to help me any longer and I would have to come back in the morning, if he wasn’t so inefficient and slow I would’ve been out of there do not go here very dirty and on organized

Poor customer service. Very unprofessional. Called to ask a simple question about returning an item and the person on the phone was very rude and inappropriate. Seems to me that they don’t care about their customers, now im 70 dollars short of some tools that don’t even work. It seem it me like a big scam! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Always a line, they don't have enough people handling pawns. New guy wanted to look like he knew what he was doing, insisted that my Prada purse was a knock-off even though I bought it *new*. There's a bunch of half busted electronics for almost full price.

Over priced stock that is damaged and or has significant wear and tear without any form of discount for obvious damage.

Nice experience with them had things in pawn for a minute and never had a problem with them about have some things there sale and hope to see soon to buy this time
