28 A little bit ghetto for my taste but it always works out. I recently broke my bedroom TV, needed a mid-size replacement. Didn't need anything fancy or brand new & found a working 28 inch LED for $44. Can't really beat it.
I've also been able to come in and unload some junk for some beer money with no issues.
Terrible customer service (im very big on customer service). Sad thing this is just towards one person (the main person I dealt with). Everyone else were friendly and on point.one bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
Vale by this location twice this month and nobody approach me for any help. They talk to each other like a day in the park, very loud. I'm wondering if my dollar bills are not good to spend at this place. Cash America treats customer better. Never come back.
Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Sales associate Melissa exceeded my expectations and I will gladly do business with them in the future and would very much recommended them to my friends and family.
Went on to sell a graphics printer, worst customer service. Manager Jay told us twice they were interested in it and to come back in on Friday when more managers were in so we drove from st.pete not once but twice and waited over 10 mins for help and then no one would help carry it in nor out after asking for help when it weighs at least a 100 lbs. Tgey ended up not buying it which did not bother me but what bothered me how rude they all were. I would never go back.
Excellent customer service! They do business the right way. If it was up to me all tth other pawn shops could close their doors. PAWN MAX is the best!
Brandon at Pawn Max was fantastic professional studious great smile customer service was excellent.
Call max pawn on Fowler and talked to Brandon and he was super help with getting me information on what I was trying to pawn. On top of that when I went into the store Brandon took his time to help me get as much money as possible. I hade a great American thanks to Brandon. Everyone should go to max pawn.
