Pediatric Associates West BOYNTON is Awesome. We have been going there since my Son was Born and He’s 18 1/2 now. I’m Super Happy We did.
The Offices are Clean, Professional, and the Girls are Very Nice and Helpful as well.

Dr Letsky is hands down the best! Both of my kids love her. Very compassionate and super thorough.
Dr. Chang is very kind, like an old friend meeting, the nurse is very nice, they let the child not be afraid of the injection.
Mr Chang and the girls are great I’m a first time mommy and he makes me and my son feel welcomed and informed every time!
Dr. Abghari is a new allergist at this office. We brought our son in for allergy and asthma testing. She was excellent in answering all of our questions.

I love that I have a doctor's office that both I love and my children love. The staff and doctors are wonderful. I especially love Diana St. Fort. She always go out of her way to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that all my concerns are addressed. She truly makes my visits easier!
Horrible office. They leave you on hold for 45 minutes, never know what’s going on and you have to wait 1 month for a simple authorization paper to be signed and they just give you the run around as if you don’t have a life.find better employees with some qualifications!
Would be a much better experience if we didn’t have to sit and wait in the office for an hour waiting for a doctor to walk in. And this is for a scheduled appointment!

We always have a good experience here. Dr. Chang is WONDERFUL! He has a fun personality, always takes the time to answer all of our questions, and is great with our girls. (We have a two year old and a newborn.) The staff here are all amazing too! They are always pleasant and helpful. Another plus, we have never had to wait long to be seen.

I love this site. I bring both my boys here. I love all the doctors but I prefer Dr. Chang. He is the best one there in my opinion. He is friendly, funny, speaks in terms I can understand, and great with the kids. Once you schedule your appointment, your practically in and out. I highly recommend this site.
The front office staff are very friendly and professional, Dr Chang is the best, my daughter is 4 years old and she loves him and look for him every time we for her check up or medical visits.
In general they all know what they doing and I will recommend this place to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at the Hagen Ranch Pediatric Associates. Starting from the front desk customer service was excellent. The medical assistant was friendly and answer any questions or concerns that I had. And the pediatrician was amazing! I highly recommend the West Boynton site compare to the east boynton site.
Went in on an 11 appointment waited over an hour to be told that they don't know how long it would be and that they can stick us with a different doctor to make it quicker last time we were here they forgot to call in the prescription never got her prescription pretty much waste of time waste of money find a different location because this place is terrible coming from a medical office manager
