23Their scheduling department is beyond horrible very unprofessional! I legit was on hold for 15 mins straight just for them to hang up on me. All I wanted to do is schedule my sick daughter an appointment
I've been with Ped. Assoc.for almost 23 years with 4 kids. For the first time ever, I had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen for a "Shots Only" visit to get 1 flu shot. That coupled with an over anxious 9 year old, and the assurance that it would not take long when making the appointment, resulted in an overall negative experience. BUT, on the bright side, the nurse administering the shot was absolutely wonderful and made my 9 year old feel at ease. STILL, won't take my children anywhere else!
The staff was nice and inviting. My daughter was nervous getting her shots, but the staff made her feel at ease.
