Pei Wei reviews
27 Truly one of my favorite restaurants.
Overlooking the nicest interceptions of Coral Springs.
Good food. Chicken lomain as a favorite with carrots, scallions, red peppers and some other stuff I not even recognize. I also like the idea of xtra protein at a price. But is worth it.
I highly recommend
Seems like a new manager after reopening.
2 thumbs up
I ordered beef and broccoli and a veg spring roll. Food was quickly served and was hot. The spring roll was absolutely tasteless and the beef and broccoli was so salty and chewy that I couldn't eat it!
So I simply asked to make chicken and broccoli with the sauce used in General Tao's and they said absolutely not. They can make no substitutions to a menu item. What? Ridiculous
Some Pei Wei's have been able to maintain their quality since PF Chang's sold the chain. This location, however, is not one of them. I've tried multiple times hoping they'd get better. My most recent experience was lousy. "Special" chicken was dry, almost looked and tasted re-heated with no sauce (paid for extra protein; looks like they gave me extra white rice!). Egg rolls were greasy, and my wife's noodles were cold. I've given up - not wasting my money here anymore.
Ordered my favorite dish (Mongolian beef over white rice), the flavor nor the texture of the dish was nowhere close to what it should be, the meat was soggy instead of crispy, bland without spice, the sauce was brownish clear instead of a sweet syrup consistency. This place need to refocus on quality ensuring all dishes are executed to look and taste as when the restaurant first opened.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had used Yelp to order on line and the site it gave me was in Little Rock which im in Florida. Both places were on N University. The Florida Pei Wei took my order and offered me a few extra items such as noodles and a drink while i waited. I called Little Rock and they were unable to credit me back but sent me gift cards of equal value. So nice. The food was very good to boot.
Ordered 3 large edamame and recieved 3 boxes about a quarter full each. Complete rip off. All 3 easily fit into one box.
While I was out doing an errand the other day I decided to stop and get lunch to bring back to the office. Ordered my favorite chicken spicy Korean bowl. Looked delicious, but the chicken was so tough and rubbery that it was inedible. I was very disappointed. It is quite apparent that the quality of the ingredients used has gone downhill. As such, I will be crossing Pei Wei off my list of favorites.
The food here is delicious. Its unlike most Chinese restaurants. Similar to Panda Express. All their food is made fresh and the prices aren't bad at all. The atmosphere is very modern.
I stopped by this restaurant near closing time and I received the greasiest food I have ever tried in my life. I was eating there with my two daughters and we couldn't eat our food. We had ordered two general tso plates with noodles and fried rice. Both plates were drenched in so much greese that it was disgusting. I understand that is closing time but it is no reason to serve poorly cooked food to your customers.
I just st ate dinner there. No longer serving of Chang real sauce like they once did. Food was under cooked and got really sick! Not happy
Awesome friendly staff that go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your meal. Food was great! Place is nice and clean! Kudos to management! Thanks Dustin & staff kept up the good work!
Ordering online was quick and easy! As I went inside, the staff was very nice and got my order very fast. The food was delicious too! For never being here before, it was a great experience!
Ordered online. Place was crowded when I got there (5pm) Friday June 22nd. Food ordered: Kung pao chicken and shrimp. Picked up order fine. When I got home, there wasnt any shrimp and chicken was so hard and old it was barely recognizable and inedible. Threw it in garbage. Never again.
I ordered a kung pao chicken and its by far the worst rendition of the dish thus far. No water cress? Unreal! The rice is drenched in something sauce and its all carrots. Ugh, so frustrating
This particular Pei Wei is terrible. My honey chicken was rubbery. My daughter's teriyaki chicken was of poor quality and nearly the whole dish got thrown out. Red Ginger is 3 minutes away and serves great Chinese food. Don't waste a dime on this place!
Coral Springs/FL mlocation is terrible.
Food is swiming in sauce.it look like a soup.are they following the right recipies?
11 am today, 5 8 2018, not only the cook was eating and preparing food at the same time but he also was not wearing gloves right in front of the manager.umm gross.
This use to be a great place, went there for lunch i had to clean the table myself, they were all dirty, manager on duty needs some customer service training and the food quality is very poor.
When they first opened this place was great! I always called in the order and picked up. Now for the last month I can't get through on the phone lines. They have messed up our orders by not adding meat or specific ingredients for certain dishes.
