Sometimes they are busy and phones can take a bit. But you should be ordering online anyways! Everything else is beyond perfect, the staff is always on top of things and food is consistently delish! Shout out to Machela and Kayla for always delivering on 100% customer satisfaction/service!

Ordered a Mongolian rice bowl with a terriyaki rice bowl. I guess because the store was busy the chefs were rushing. My order was given to me incorrectly twice! I stated specifically no broccoli? Showed my receipt and everything. Still brought order back incorrectly. Ended up leaving due to short patience. Check your food before you leave! It will cost you. Also chicken was raw!

Used to be amazing befor they became independent raised prices less food got 2 pieces of steak and fried rice was basically white I guess bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction and quality so disappointed.

This is the last time the food taste bad and meat is under cooked it’s true and the portions are so small but it’s ok couldn’t eat it anyway wasted money and time.

I stopped going because i was served raw food several times. Even during their slow hours. Owner or manager lacks the ability to ensure the chefs keep the quality and consistency since its inital opening. I have already contacted this facility through email with no response when they told me to reach out. Definitely tarnishes the Pei Wei brand. Corporate has been notified with pictures each time they served me raw food. Your inability to cook meats is going to make someone very sick.

Waited over an hour for my takeout order. Then i was told that they were out of items that made up half my order. They tried to offer me something else as a replacement but i would have to wait for them to make it. Unacceptable! Incompetent staff. Portion size was incorrect. I got 3 pieces if chicken in my large pad tie with little sauce (noodles were dry). Completely unacceptable. Stay away! Dont waste your time.

I ordered food last night to be picked up and got home to find no teriyaki sauce on chicken, chicken was dried up and edges pieces were thrown in hard could hardly chew. I use to like coming to order but with this order I'm so sad.
