Disappointed in the a/c inspection charge. Told them about compressor issue and they told it back to me for a fee. Should have been waived they couldn't check the ac.

Update: after posting this review I went back a second time and they gave me a refund. (That's why I added a second star)

I got towed to this pepboys on 167th. I had thought the alternator was not working (the tow truck driver thought so too). The mechanic checked and said my alternator was fine, just my battery was dead and can't hold a charge. They sold me a new battery. The next day my car was stopping again.this time I went to my regular mechanic, he said that my alternator is not working and my battery can hold a charge. Fixed the alternator and put back my original battery - car now drives fine. I went back to pepboys and they said based on their records my battery couldn't hold a charge and the alternator was fine. They refused to give me any refund.
I would really give them 0 stars if that was an option. This is the first time I am writing a negative comment.

Had front brakes and rotor replaced. Good price. Check online for coupon. I got one and save $40. Need to make appointment for faster service.

Apparently the busiest place in Miami, can't even get someone to talk to at service. Neither by phone or standing here at the counter, only person here, five employees have walked up to the computer, starred me dead in the face, clicked a few buttons, then walked away without saying a word to me. Absolutely abysmal. Terrible non-service but this is what you should expect with Miami. Smh. Been standing here for 10 minutes.

They have no business structure whatsoever terrible experience with them so far. Only good for oil change.

Good experience. Staff was very helpful. I had to get tires placed on my car and it was very quick.

Great customer service. Communication was terrific keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. Smooth and easy transaction from beginning to end.

Very slow!
Even though they were not busy it took a while just to replace a battery.
Only reason I came here is distance from my house.
This is the second time that I have a negative experience at this place.
In the future I will try to avoid coming here.

After waiting 10 minutes for a cashier, I left my merchandise on the counter and walked out. Enough said.

Any ad on the website does not match store prices as it states on that store. Also when you try to call them, phone keeps ringing, put on hold and keeps ringing. Was holding and ringing for about 20 minutes. Then you buy something online, they give you a confirmation and when you call to confirm, they tell you it's not in stock. They definitely need better customer service and cooperate needs to work on the online part of it.

Please don't go here! The techs need coffee or something because they are so gloomy please don't go if Edwin is working because he is so unresponsive. Greg will take care of you very well only good worker.

THIS PLACE IS PISS POOR! MY REGRET IS THAT I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THIS PLACE. It's summertime AC is Essential to remaining calm in this heat. My blew hot air, I bring it to them, they keep it for 2 WHOLE ASS DAYS pay $720 for them to play with my time, my car, money & my emotions. My AC is still blowing hot. I bring it back a week later and it's still an issue! The wait was out of control. Their unfortunately unprofessional and just terrible all across the border

Horrendous! I have to press zero for a certain reason for Lyft? Yet it’s been over 2 Hours! And nobody’s answered! THIS IS INSANE! Now to drive another 2 hours up to north Miami Beach for a simple conversation **** Jesus man

Very good auto parts and parakeets, excellent service, and very well stocked. No need to go elsewhere to buy what you need for your car, 5 * for that store.

I called to set an appointment, the clerk immediately asked me to hold. I was placed on hold for more than 6 minutes so I hung up. I could've waited longer I am sure.

Update: Went there today to get a trailer hitch put on. The mechanic acted like he didnt know how to do it (guess he didn't want to do the work) He wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to show him. I went to another place rite dpwn the street and they were very helpful and did the work. I like pep boys but I will NEVER come back to this location even if it is more convenient.

My experience was good. First time I find a store with professionalism in the area. I was getting a hard time for my car battery this place fixed it quickly at reasonable price. There is a lounge for customer that there isn't in other companies

Good f any parts on cars, trucks suv, all hard parts / bolts nuts & cooling syste Damstic or asine any motor oil n filter & tires& rims. U cunot say u dont find ur way n t parts stor + u have all t tools f any job u need to do on ur trucks cars & ur hoby.
