Mr.clarke really tested my patience, but in the end he took his time to make sure they got it right im grateful for his help.

15 mins on hold i call back and they put me on hold again and again and again. For a store as big as that with that many should have employees that are interested in doing their jobs.

I placed an order online two days prior to going in for 4 new tires. It said it is was in stock online but when I got there with an appointment, only 2 of the 4 tires were available. What should have been a maximum of a 2 hour wait became 4 hours. Other than that, the staff was friendly and kept me informed on the status of my tire change.

Worst service u could ever wish. Making they coworkers loose time or. Money. Been here about 1 hr waiting for i dont know who. Because that guy in the foto is at office just replacing somone. He does not have information for any of the drivers have came in with issues so far. He prefered just going sitting there and watch some facebook videos.

So I'm giving this Pep Boys two Stars based on the fact there is a store in existence at the location. As far as the customer service goes it lacks customer service not to mention professionalism when treating the customer. My significant other took her car to get an oil change, you would think they would check other fluids located in the engine compartment. They completely ignored the low tire pressure that was showing on the dashboard along with the low level of fluids that I noticed yesterday after popping her trunk and changing a couple things and adding some fluids. I'm not a mechanic by far but it's the concept of customer service. It's a very simple thing not to mention when somebody schedules an appointment usually you want to be within a 30 minute time frame of the time. The appointment was off by an hour. Hopefully they can improve their customer service and the way they do business. Needless to say we won't be going back

These people are so disrespectful of people's time. They have a business arrangement to maintain cars yet they do not give priority to service those cars. 5 hrs wait for an oil change is freaking unbelievable.

Needed ceiling light, asked to change it for me told I had to pay. Said no thanks my brother will take out for me.
