Needed help with some wheel locks. Went in took 10 minutes and took care of it for me. Very professional and honest. I know where I'm going for any other work.

Went to the one in altamonte to get battery charged but since it's a free service they were unwilling to just charge the battery and we're forcing me to get the battery changed even though I had a new battery installed recently.
After that I went to another place in longwood and they charged the battery as requested.
Avoid this place at any cost.

Ladies beware! Took my car in for an electrical diagnosis. I specifically told the technician what was wrong with my car and asked if he could tell me the cause. They looked at everything but what I really wanted fixed, then claimed they had to charge me twice to do yet another diagnosis because they couldn’t find the problem the first go round (even though the car was still in their possession.) Attempted to overcharge me to have the work done. I left and went to Jiffy Lube and needless to say it was nearly half what they were trying to charge. Just plain dishonest and deceptive. Would not recommend.

The guys there are always happy to help. I walked in and they did have any appointments available same day but they hooked me up next day even tho I was late to the early appointment. Good crew. I'll be back.

Whats the point of making an appointment online a week in advance only to come the day of the appoint ment and not have an engine technician available? Broken online scheduling system.

James was excellent! We were on the road traveling and desperately needed a tire repaired. It was very close to closing time. All the other places we called turned us down. James encouraged us to come in and took really good care of us! Thanks, James!

Had a good visit today. Got oil change cheaper than majority of other places. Great friendly service done quickly. Would visit again.

Dealt with managers Nick, James and service rep Richie. They are all awesome and give any advise on vehicles. Always helpful, if busy always make time for us and never keep us waiting long. They try to give us best deals they can find and I know this because if it takes 30 mins or more for a best quote, they will take time doing research. I will recommend anyone to this pep boys location. Simply the best because of the amazing staff.

I got my tires replaced here a few months ago and they were great! Let me know to come by if anything happened and I joined their loyalty program as well. This morning I found a nail in my tire and brought my car to them first thing. They discovered my wheel lock was missing! I went and got my wheel lock from the dealership and came back this evening and they got it all fixed in 20 min. Great service, and friendly staff!

New management is great! They made it right for me. I ordered a tire online for installation the next day. The tire that came from the distributor was the wrong one. Glenn found the source of the error, stayed on top of it, gave me a discount for my trouble, and made sure I got what I needed with no more difficulties. They even sent an Uber to pick me up and bring me to pick the car up when it was ready. I’ll go there again.

Service is and has always been good, but the prices have gotten too high. After getting a quote for rear brake pads and rotors and shopped around. Even OEM parts at retail prices came in at 30% of their overall quote for what is an hour job.

I came in to get a tire plugged, Awesome Service from the friendly staff and quick results. Thank you Richie & Nick!

Helped me with high quality BMW specific spark plugs for my car. Took only a minute or two. Clean restroom as is necessary for ladies.

Manager and front desk were extremely rude. After 45 mins of waiting to hear back for an answer, we called back. They still did not have an answer if the work was done or not. The service was included with the package. We will not be going back.

Went in to have my a/c fixed. Was told one price over the phone and when I got there it was $28 more than I was told and they said they couldn't honor the quoted price. Now I'm 2 weeks out and a/c is already not working again. I will be taking my car back in in 2 days to have it re-fixed, hopefully at no additional charge. Will report back.

Everytime I call to make an appointment or to try to set something up I'm treated as if I should take my business somewhere else
Ron was rude. I was trying to explain I wanted to wait for my car and he spoke to me as if I was a child. Telling me how many customers he has in front of him and how many cars hes working on. That's none of my business.

Asked the manager to check my tire he wouldn't even do that he offered to put air in my tire then he said it was over inflated.anyway no one else in line to be serviced and I ask to check my tires he walked away. 30 min until close.anyway he said he booked no cars in the bay.terrible attitude and no service

Such wonderful staff and they do a great job with my Jeep! I don't take my Jeep anywhere else but to these guys! They work with me and get me back on the road fast. Excellent service!
