22 Jesse was fantastic- I had a flat and he looked at all my tires and took the car back to patch up the tire right away. He didn't try to upsell me even though I came in thinking it was probably time for new tires, and finding honest people to work on your car who WON'T try to convince you that you need a million things you don't is such a rare thing. I'm never going anywhere else.
I will 100% go back and ask for him specifically when it IS time for those new tires (and for the big maintenance I know I have coming up in a year or so), and the service guys were all great, knowledgeable, and polite.
Terrible costumer service.the manager refused to service my wife’s car because two months ago we got a free brake inspection on my Nissan Titan and they quoted a much higher price for repairs so I decided to take it somewhere else.this is not the right way to treat clients. Go across the street to tire plus or even the other pep boys location less than 3 minutes away at red bug lake.don’t waste your time and money with this people.
