Great selection. Awesome addition of horn worms for our bearded dragon. Sometimes it is difficult to find employees

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in everyway. Prices were afforable and my kids love it there!

The customer service at this location was terrible. Even employees doing nothing walked right by us while we were obviously seeking help, we had to chase after them. Prices were ridiculous and animals did not look well taken care of. The employee who we were finally able to chase down in the empty store was very snooty and unapproachable. Very poor customer service. He had a very arrogant attitude and did not want to help. I will never go there again and I feel sorry for those animals still there.

Employees need to learn to be honest with customers. Spent 3 wasted visits to get pet food that they said would be in stock each day. On the 3rd day I called and confirmed it was in Stock. I arrive 15 minutes later and it is not present. It never came in. Everyone denied ever speaking to me and claimed I had the wrong number. I redialed the number and watched the phone behind the counter ring.

I go there at least once or twice a week getting fish the sales reps are friendly and prices are reasonable

I come here for the prices the staff and the animals they have all around this is just a great store, Miss Debbie is the manager and she is fantastic

I've bought fish here twice, and on both occasions, the fish rapidly got ich and died - and gave ich to my other fish, killing some of them!

This place is a stop shop for your pet. The staff is very friendly and the prices are good as well.

A definite go to place for my pet needs, pretty much always stocked with a huge variety of foods, toys, and other pet necessities at decent prices. Helpful staff and it's pretty clean, although it has that "pet store smell. " But that's par for the course, pretty hard to avoid.

The girl that helped me was very understanding with my overly barky dog. She even went out of her way to find a treat that she would eat because my dog doesn't like the hard biscuits only the soft ones. And the selection here is great. Plenty of healthy options at good prices.
