It's a good place, some of the employees help you without problem and with some passion, and other of the employees don't.

We just relocated from Texas and transferred out Banfield account to a Vet in Florida. The staff at Banfield was awesome and they took great care of MochaGrace. MochaGrace has a UTI infection and the Vet took time to really talk to us about her care and next steps. I am so relieved.

2 options for gravel all 20lbs. Sold out of many things. Guy is the fish area helped but didn't seem very interested in being there

Went to the Banfield Vet located inside Pet Smart. I had 2 bad experience at other vets and decided to give this national chain vet a chance. They are awesome. Follow up calls, changed medicine for my pet because of some problems, and everyone from the person at the front desk to the doctor who called twice to check up was a pleasure to deal with.

I loved this store! I haven't had a puppy in years and wont lie I am rusty but Ms Karen and her Team hooked me up with all that I needed for puppy basics. Thank you!

Sold sick fish and killed all my aquarium. Had some monster sized fish and they could not have cared less. Tanks in store filled with dead and dying fish.

Great customer service and great staff. Very happy for the grooming services. Highly recommended.

Selection of Dog Collars was good and the Associates was attentive customizing name tag, do it yourself right away

The people are friendly. There is a good assortment of pet food and supplies. I love the pet doctor onsite

-They also offer Wellness Plans that are especially great for 1st year puppies & kittens for all the shots, spaying/neutering.

The store on Osceola Parkway is good but the Vet hospital is the worst ever I had a 9: 15 appointment that because I had two cat from animal shelter I would have to leave them until 2 I made the appointment when I got the cats and it was a week later was their first appt.available

Staff was helpful when the fish we picked out did not get along. The gentleman recommended a replacement that worked much better.

This place is truly ridiculous, making a line for a very long time, one cashier, I was holding just a small prescription can, front of me a undecided person picking which coupon wants to use, seriously? ? , and the cashier, the only one didn't have a minimal common sense, nothing, cero just looking with that person the long list of coupons, can't believe, she didn't even say a word like, just let me get the next customer then we can continue, agggg horrible, was on June 28 at 5,45pm.

It's a good store overall it's a little bit on the small side, but they have great veterinarians who have a great personality.

Store was neat and clean. It was well stocked. But the checkout lines we're a little long when you have your dogs with you. The the dogs tend to get acquainted and not always a good result. Need to keep a closer watch on Long checkout lines.

Always pretty busy, but they are efficient and customer-oriented. Friendly staff always willing to help.

The customer service is excellent and they have every thing you need for my furry beautiful baby dog.

Just a heads up that there are currently some very pretty kitties available for adoption. My new adopted fur family is coming tomorrow and suddenly became one more than expected, so I was there to buy a collar and wound up starring at the kitties.
