Fair to good selection of cat goods. Seems a bit on the small side with less to choose from than Petco. I did, however, find the only cat litter I will use, Fresh Step Extreme, at a Fantastic price. Made my day!

Staff very friendly and eager to help. Store well laid out so everything easy to find. Prices very reasonable.

I took my dog ​​at 4 o'clock in the afternoon to PetSmart for a bath and for nail cut and to cleaning anal glands, I picked it up at 6: 30 and my dog was with three peeling and borando blood according to them he did by himself and it is false They used as an excuse that the dog did it with his own nails.

My initial experience with the groomers was great. The lady there had said she had huskies of her own and that they do work with a few so I felt like I could trust them with my husky. My husky dislikes kennels, so I informed the staff.they still put him in a kennel, but once they saw how defensive he gets when they try to get him out the called me and let me know that they will be doing an express session on him, which means he will not be left in the kennel at all. I was okay with that. I got there to pick up my dog and he’s being very loud, he was very stressed. I paid $83 and I tipped off the groomer $30 because my dog look beautiful and dispite my dog being dramatic he still handle everything with professionalism. The reason I’m giving petsmart a 3 Star is because once I got home I noticed my dog was very very strsssed and he kept crying and licking his inner thights and penis. I checked to see why he was so desperate and I see that they SHAVED My HUSKY underneath! YOU cannot! Shave a husky ever! I can not believe they will cut his hair so so so short underneath. They could have left him the way he was and just dry and brush. The fact that they had said they had dealt with huskies makes me really upset, because if you knew anything about huskies you would know how bad it is for them to get the hair that short. My poor dog doesn’t stop licking and crying because he’s super itchy! I’m just hopping he doesn’t get a skin condition due to this. I’m not sure if i will be coming back to this petsmart, my poor dog is in so much distress from the small hairs poking him: (

Rude store associates. Always forced to wait FOREVER in line. 10 people working the store, but only 1 register open with 15 people in line. No thanks.

Bought cypress mulch bedding for my snakes. Hasn't been in there more then 4 days and all of my snakes have mites.

Does anyone know if a cat name Gremelin was adopted?
I was at pet smart about a month ago and saw him waiting for a home. It was heartbreaking.

Considering this location is smaller than most, they do have a full selection and store setup including grooming and vet. Staff is positive and helpful. Most items are in stock. Good location.

I love visiting to this pet smart because my dog feels at home when groming and training. Also Lovely staff and friendly environment.

I brought my dog to the vet there. They were very friendly and helpful to her. They also explained everything clearly. They discussed the prices of each procedure and medicine before so no surprise with the bill.
