Always a good store to shop in. There are limited supplies now, but that is not their fault. They do the best they can.

Not my regular location. But perhaps after this visit! 2 different team members assisted me by stopping what they were doing.moved from the spot they were. Walked me to and Offered insight into avian food products and my questions regarding! Thanks great Job! All employees very friendly

Daughter is training at this store && seems to be very happy with her surroundings. Along with learning alot about her new job

I don't know what's going on with this place by now. Since Nico (My Rottweiler) have 3 months we visit the Groomer, Veterinary and get his food and toys all for this place. Almost every one knows Nico. By the way, he get so excited every time that he notice we are in Petsmart. Since a month the groomer salon start giving me complain about Nico. (He's too Big, He's not good at all with others dog, He doesn't like the cage) Nico NEVER be in a cage. He's 16 Months and he's sooooo good with other dogs at the park. I never seen Nico have a bad attitude with no one. Today I pay $56 just for a grooming when I always pay about $35 to $40 and Nico is acting way different like trying to tell me something happens in here. I don't know what's going on here but Nico needs a new place for his bath. Thank you for Everything

Place is always dirty.pee all around and it never smells good in this store.petco is much cleaner and always smells great

Store us nice, and associates that work here are friendly and helpful. Inventory is very low, though and we had a little trouble finding what we needed.

This is my go to for pet needs and now that I know about thier price match I like this store even more. I also like how Vanessa in the grooming section grooms my pup.

Tried to return a purchase from another PetSmart, but was advised they couldn’t help me. Yes, I didn’t have the receipt, but I did have the card that I made the purchase, I wasn’t looking for cash and I just bought it a few days before. I don’t see why they couldn’t take the crate back and credit my card. Poor customer service

Very knowledgeable staff helped me choose which fish to add to my aquarium and overall it is a nice place to shop.

The staff at this store is very friendly and helpful they always have exactly what I need and they know where everything is located

The manager Jessika was very arrogant and very rude when I went to return something worth $18.00 without my receipt because I’m on vacation and lost my receipt so she gave me a very hard time! I wouldn’t recommend this Pet Smart to anyone they are all young and disrespectful to customers! She needs to be reported to cooperate! I’m definitely reporting her!

A good commercially available pet store. For specialty pets - hedgehogs, chinchillas, chickens, etc - not the best place to look. But for cats and dogs, even fish this is a place to search first.

I always love anyplace that let's me bring my pet into the store while I shop. A big thank you to the company for including my fur-family as welcomed patrons.:)

Tameaka and Alex have to be the best pet groomers in Orlando! I took my nervous cat to be bathed and they exceeded my expectations. Both were so professional and made me at ease to leave my cat in their care. I definitely recommend them!

Manager told my daughter (she's 21) he doesn't allow anyone to pet the cats unless they are going to adopt them. I'm allergic to cats so we have fish and a turtle. We always go to pet smart and she has always been allowed to lavish the cats with love. This is the first time we have ever heard that they don't want the pets to get some loving attention.

Petsmart its professional they have knowledge of there products and knowledge of what recomend

Someday I'll be able to buy a pet, but for now I love looking through the store and seeing the animals, always makes my day better, and the store reps never bother me after I say I'm just looking for the future.

Prices are high and their crickets are always lethargic and die within a day or two. (I own a Crested Gecko)

Friendly staff, good selection. They were out of the one thing I went to this location to find, despite the website indicating it was in stock.

Nice staff. Fair variety. Sometimes I can't find my kitten litter which I started buying from this location but overall is a good store
