PetSmart, Orlando FL

The pets in this central to district are not coming from good sources and responsible pet breeders! Petsmart should be ashamed of this (I am only talking about the bird, hamsters, reptiles and not the rescue dogs and cats) they obviously should get healthy pets from good breeders instead of getting the most for their buck and using awful breeders that bring them poor neglected animals.

Never a really bad experience, but this is a busier store then normal cause of the location and banfield inside. Staff is always cheerful.

They were very, very, very helpful. I went there to get what my wife wanted, when I entered the store I told the sales person that greeted me what I needed and he promptly took me to it. I bought it.

Went in for a walk-in appointment to find out they couldn't actually take walk-ins. Drive my poor cat out there and watered gas because they falsely indicated what they could take.

Great little Petsmart. It's a bit condensed due to location, but still very clean and organized.

The store was nice and had a great variety. The reptiles, birds and rodents were set up very appealingly; the only, disappointing part was that there were no puppies or kittens! I thought those were a staple of pet stores. Their prices were mostly reasonable so overall it was a good experience. I just need PUPPIES!

My pet is on the Banfield annual program and it has worked out so well for several years. The people at the front door greet me when I when I walk in. Customer service is outstanding. The technicians in the veterinarian area welcome me by name. The care that is given to my pet is top notch. The prices on all of their products are affordable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets needs.

These stores have a much bigger selection than the local pet shops; however, they are much more expensive than my local shop. I only go here when I am looking for something specific and can't wait to order online.

My experience with Rochelle at the East Colonial Drive location was wonderful! Rochelle was very helpful helping me find the proper dry cat food for my cat with special needs. My cat Tinkerbell has no teeth so she needs a dry food with a soft kibble. While trying to find the old kibble brand that we used to use that is no longer available. Rachelle was very helpful finding a more up-to-date kibble that suits our cats needs. Thank you again to Rochelle for the best customer service ever!
