PetSmart, Aventura FL

This reviews is for the grooming salon. I believe this is the best grooming salon in all of the PetSmarts. I started going there when I lived in Miami. I’ve been living in Boynton Beach for the last 4 years and after having 2 EXTREMELY BAD experiences at the grooming salon in the Boynton Beach PetSmart, I graciously travel to Aventura just to see Josh. He treats me and my pet with respect. He’s friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I also speak with associate Tessa on many occasions to either pick up or drop off my pet and she’s also such a gem. Everyone I encounter there have been so friendly. They have adjusted to the new pandemic protocols and while I know it may be difficult for them with always coming outside for curbside drop offs and pick ups (especially with Florida’s heat), they do it with grace and without complaints and it’s very appreciated. This is the BEST salon to take her pet to. They will be in great hands. Trust me.

I go here constantly, people are friendly to me, never had an issue. Also weirdly clean for a place where pets can come in with you.

Staff is enthusiastic and helpful, groomers were talented and passionate, and the store was I really very clean. I dropped off my boss' dog to be groomed, paid for services, and came back within 2 hours. They were informative about possible skin issues and gave recommendations without making me feel pressured or like they were only making a sale. They even sprayed his dog with a THC spray to make him smell nice and help with his skin. Highly recommend this location and it's staff.

Curbside pick up is a joke. Ordered two toys an hour ago. Still waiting for curbside pick up after 45 minutes. Hung up the phone in my face. Definitely will be reporting my experience with corporate.

I love this place, you can find everything for your pet. My sister adopted her cat here. Cleaned, organized, good customer service.

Unfortunately, the doctors at Banfield Pet Hospital here only cares about money, not your pet. We scheduled one appointment to 6: 45, which was their suggestion as available time, we arrived on time, they took our pet to check alone at the facilities, and later they refused to check ONE eye of our per because was already 7 pm! They asked to schedule a new appointment!

I don’t even know if they did vaccinated my pet, as they didn’t allow us to go with him, but charged us the visit + vaccine!

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I get my dogs groomed with Micaela P.she is fantastic. My dogs love her!

How a multi Million Dollar corporation has three Employees working and only one half dead cashier is beyond me.

My dog loves going to this place. Lots of food, toys and stuff for pets and.the convenience of grooming services is a plus.

This place is great for when my family needs to buy food or treats for my doggy sibling so I say this is a good place for a pet store.

Always helpful staff. Wide aisles, very pet friendly. They need more cashiers as lines get long quickly. Wide variety of all things pet related.

We have been coming since 2012 and the office it is clean, efficient with the appointment time, very friendly and professionals.

Worst customer service and the staff in the aquarium area has no knowledge of fish care. I bought four platys there and all of them died within a week of my purchase. All had ick which, I don't understand why this store always sell customers sick or pest infested plants. I brought the dead fish back for a refund and the cashier had no idea how to run the cash register or to do a refund.

Pembroke Pines PetSmart is much better! Had multiple people from the floor help us there. We just got a puppy and they were so helpful. But here in Aventura it's a different story. They had a huge markdown section and I was confused on what was discounted (some items didn't have the sticker on it). So I got the attention of one of the floor associates and he seemed upset that I asked for help. Urine was in several spot of the store. Banfield is no better. Don't waste your time or money.

I had dogs all my life and they place is a factory not personal at all you are just a number they don’t care about customer service, even if you get on the wellness plan all they are trained to just to up sell you.if you care about your dog stay away from this place

I made an appointment for 8am and they started at 11 to cut my dog’s hair. Not a good job last time!
