People has knowledge about any kind of animal. My son has a Praying mantis and the people at pet smart was well informed about what they should eat thumbs up
I have a Westie. Took the dog to the salon. 1 year letting the head hair grow so he could get a "smile rounded face". They gave him a chihuahua haircut mixed with a schnauzer moustache. I almost cried when I saw my dog. So I tried to talk to the manager. She was very rude, I showed her his tail hasn't been groomed, his face was totally weird and she wouldn't listen. See AFTER-AFTER-BEFORE photos: the small picture is BEFORE.the middle and firs picture, after. LOOK WHAT SHE DID TO MY DOG!
WORST groomers ever! Do NOT take your dog there. Customer service zero star. Unprofessional people, unfortunatelly
The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a regular customer since this store opened and will continue to be.
They have friendly, fast service here and much shorter lines than other Petsmart stores. Good selection of dog products and healthy looking fish, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I'm not sure why it has so many negative reviews?

I took my dog to the grooming salon I asked specifically at least 10 times not to cut around the eyes and this was pretty much my only request and she did cut around the eyes I had to fight with them for 10 minutes in order.to get a refund
Do not go any near their grooming salon not even for a simple bath
Employees are young (maybe 20 yearolds) and don't know what they really doing
In petsmart you found everything, but I want to take the time to make a review about one of the employees that they have over here. Christine, the greatest employé they can have, she is kind, always with a smile, she is always helpful, she always have nice words for every client that comes in. We really as a client want to see people like her in this stores. Thank you christine for making my days at petsmart wonderful!
