PetSmart, Winter Garden FL

Don’t take your pet here to get groomed. I took my golden here for just a bath as her usual groomer was booked all month so I thought why not try petsmart? This will definitely be my first and last time here. After her bath, she came home wet and she had a cut on the top of her head. When I reached out to the manager regarding this issue she said I my dog probably did this to herself and that she would look over the footage back to the date of the visit. Yet, never received a call back for her after she reviewed the footage. Very shady. Definitely lost my business.

NEVER AGAIN! I took our collie in to get a coconut bath, brush and trim. I asked the groomer to trim out knots but do not cut his hair. I arrived 4 1/2 hours after I dropped him off and looked in the trimming area and that is about when I had to do everything I could do to not get too angry. What was supposed to be a brushing turned in to a poodle cut. Then I quickly noticed that he was hung up so tightly on the grooming table he could barely breath and was in complete pain and fear. This pup is not aggressive at all and has been to two other petsmart groomers whom he loves and they adore him just as much so they had no reason nor any explanation for this action on him.
Overall, avoid this grooming location if you have any love or respect for you pup!

Always neat and full of adorable animals. The staff here is always abundant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The groomers are so sweet and absolutely amazing with our furry family member and treats them all like they are theirs. Making an appointment online is fast and easy. No hidden fees and there are so many different products for all types of animals.

Neighbor took her dog in for bath and grooming and they barely did anything. Missed several large areas, did not look at his claws, nothing. Then offered 10% off the NEXT BATH. Unreal.

This is obviously one of their older stores, and could use a remodel as well as improved ventilation (due to ceiling leaks not properly addressed, as there is a very heavily pronounced musty odor upon walking in the door) however the staff was rather personable.

I buy all my cat food here but I get disappointed many time because they do not have what I need in individual cans only have it in boxes with other flavors that my cat doesn't care for so that creates waste at my house. Makes me think I need to try mail order. I like to support local business but wasting dollars not good.

I went here to find a small litter box for a new group of kittens, I was greeted at the door by a nice sales woman.while I achieved my goal of finding the liter box I was also able to find food for both mother and kittens!

Looking for a dog leash for a friend's dog and they simply did not have a small enough size so it was pretty ridiculous. You think they would have everything.they had a cat harness but we're not going to put that on a small dog. Nobody around to help us. Boo!

We were in just to browse but, of course ended up with several items for our Maltese. Good selection of items for smaller dogs.

How could you not love petsmart if you don't love animals this location is by far the friendliest I have seen

Do not care for Petsmart. They received national attention when 2 dogs died at the groomers there. I would not recommend the vets there. There are far better ones around the area.

I didn't get to go in had to stay with the dogs in the car but it looks pretty awesome from the outside

Love this petsmart! They always price match the dog food! They have a great selection of pets, awesome doggy classes, and amazing groomers!

Never enough staff. I just spent 25 minutes in line because they only had one register open, and that was after 20 minutes waiting to get crickets because there's only two people on the floor.

We usually come here when we need something random for our dog. We decided to get some pet fish here and had an issue with the decorations we got they exchanged everything and gave us new fish with no issues. I like that you can return exchange without a hassle as long as you have your receipt so you are basically always guaranteed satisfaction. The vast majority of the staff is knowledgeable in the different departments and are willing to explain and answer any questions.

Groomers here are so patient, Kristen really knows how to handle our Pitt bull who can be a handful. She's the best

Large store, well stocked. They weren't too busy so we were able to grab a few items and browse the whole store. Very satisfied with this location

Took dog for a complete clip, nails, hair, teeth brushed flea treatment 60 dollars, very reasonable, staff is also great
