Daniels Road Pet Smart in Winter Garden is the best. Staff is always super friendly, and helpful, and therefore is clean and has a positive vibe to it!

What can I say it's a pet store. Overpriced items you can find on line for about 50% less. If you are in a pinch go here. Otherwise buy in line. Oh yeah and their prescription food service is terrible.

Some staff are friendly and intelligent for the most part.they ship their animals to the store in bags and tiny plastic cups which i don’t like, it’s disturbing and seems very inhumane.the adoption center in the store are over priced they sell cats for $125, go to shelters like the humane society in orlando where cats are $20 and dogs are $45 or the lake county sheriffs animal shelter in traverse, animals are all $10.

Every time we go the experience is different. Just recently we had a horrible experience but we have been to this location 20+ times and there is usually no problems.

It's a chain supplier but the people who work here are always helpful. We've experienced great customer service rather in the grooming dept or on the floor.

I always love bringing my puppy up here to socialize with other dogs and humans. It's fun for her to be able to walk around the store and get a little outing. Plus she loves that usually she goes home with extra treats!

Great store. We actually were there to take our dog to Banfield. DR. DYSILVA IS THE BEST VET ON THIS PLANET BY FAR.

Good place for pet supplies. They sell animals people really shouldn't be purchasing such as veiled chameleons and chinchillas. These pets have very special needs and don't adapt well unless you have a ton of experience with them.

I just love this place. They have a knowledgeable staff, healthy pets for adoption, and a wide variety of pet items. I picked up the newest addition to our family, Clint the hampster, and couldn't be happier! Got all of her supplies there too.

Told us our puppie wouldn’t stop biting during his hair cut. Said they needed two girls to hold him down. My dog was clearly disturbed and scared when I picked him up.
I took him to another pet place th next time, they told me he was great and my dog was cheerful when I picked him up.
The problem is CLEARLY the woman at this place at the grooming services and not my dog.
Stay away from this place.

I can not be more disappointed! WORST WORST grooming experience, they didn't follow instructions, they did the tottally opposite as we told them. My poor dog looks extremely bad! Thanks guys for ruin my family Christmas pictures and cards! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Hire professional groomers the consumer deserve to have quality services.
