I could not ask for another experience at Phil Smith Chevrolet, Damian he's the best car seller I met him a one year ago with my sister purchasing her new car and now I got my new Chevy in my sister got her car upgraded it all things to Damian. I can't wait to bring another person to him because I love Damien he's understandable he ready to work with you everything about him is the best.
Jason from this location helped me out tremendously. And I really appreciate it. For me, being able to get my first car on my own, he made it seem effortless. The best car buying experience ever. My husband and I was looking for a new truck. We shopped around to at least 4 car dealership and they gave us the best price. Our sales rep Ocean is the BEST. He was very professional, he wasn't pushy at all. He fought and gave us the best price and included a lot of features. Please check him out you will not regret it.
Tanner was exceptional sales man. Whole process went smoother than expected. Far superior to other local dealers. In and out on 2 hours on a lease.

This dealership is very unprofessional the salesman sexually harassed the buyer and her friend. Asking if he could follow her to the bathroom and take care of her. Fraudulently called insurance company pretending to be the owner of the policy it is recorded. Sold the car for more then the car was listed on the internet. The carfax he showed was a clean one but of course didn’t put the copy of it in the bill of sale. I paid for a carfax on my own found the car had been wrecked and there was functional damage to it. Also in my research found that there is a power steering recall on this vehicle and it was not taking care of. The car lost its brakes and the steering with in five hours of it being taken off the lot. When brought to the attention of this dealership you get the run around and no manager calls you back. The employee called the buyer threatened her on his own personal phone. Isn’t that fishy. Told the bank lies to get the loan approval. The buyer found out on the bill of sale that this happened. They totally took advantage of two young girls let alone Harass them and show them it’s ok to be fraudulent
Called on a used vehicle. Communication was good, however, when we talked price and I got a breakdown of fees I was agast! Appeared to be about $2500 worth of fees on a used vehicle purchase. Yikes! I’ll keep looking.
You couldn't bother anyone to help us and when I finally complained they didn't even know the truck we were talking about. How can you not know about the trucks your company makes? Why even bother going to work if you don't want to be there?

Horrible horrible customer service! Mark Breslaw who is a complete gentleman. My wife and I are shopping for a Chevy Tahoe and one of the salespersons or driver don't know began to have conversations about our transaction and what we are putting down for a payment. Obviously it was amusing to him and several others. The managers don't make eye contact. The showroom and it's people are not personal. I am on my way to somewhere they appreciate people.
The lied to my face 3 times. First when they tried to get $850/month for a 23k left over truck and I denied the offer, they have a funny excuse “lie” and they went down to $500/month. Keep in mind, they made me drive 22 miles there even after verifying over the phone.
My credit is 778,3k down.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. Every time we called, they took time to answer our questions and explained every step of the process. They were so accommodating and reassuring. They even offered to take my rental so I wouldn't have to make the extra trip. AND they did a great job on my repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Edwin was my sales advisor and he did an exceptional job, he went way beyond my expectations in explaining the product, answering all my questions (and i asked a lot of questions). This is my third Colorado truck and i just love them all. The service advisors specifically Roseann has been excellent as well. Kudos to Edwin! I will hopefully see you again on my next purchase.

Fantastic service, Victor is my advisor for the first time today and I have to say he has excellent customer service, very professional and the most important is honest.
So! They call me in saying that they have a car within my price range. With in 30 minutes i was there. They said they sold it. But untill they tried to upsell me, and trying to get me to put myself in a bad financial situation. They showed me so mamy different cars. Just a waste of my good time.
Suzanne (service tech) was the absolute best. Kept me updated on service progress. Got me into a loaner as my vehicle had to stay longer than expected, and I work in downtown Miami. The actual mechanic Rodger actually took time to speak to me over phone concerning my service. Was more than professional. I am overly appreciative on how the entire visit and service went and how nice I was treated.
Bait and switch, adds accessories to price quotes, when I ask what the actual price is, starts to haggle.
No thanks. Give me a price, and I say yes or no. Don't play games.
There's no shortage of car dealers, I'll go elsewhere - they don't deserve my business.
