So rude, I had to sit outside until someone helped me. They even threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t move. I wasn’t go anywhere because they broke my car and needed to fix it! Which they did after everything!
The team at Phil Smith Chevrolet really go above and beyond! The establishment is super clean, the people super friendly, and the deals are amazing! I can't believe I never found this place before now! I traveled from Stuart to Miami visiting several dealerships. Let's just say Phil Smith was my last stop, and should be everyone else's first stop! Hi, this was my first time coming to this location, needed service for my A/C blowing in floor mode and only on high. I was aware of the $128 diagnosis fee. Arrived at 11am as scheduled, greated by Marcio R. The inspection was done and total to fix is $705. Wow, for 2003 trailblazer? ! I priced the parts before making the appt yesterday. I said I would like to do one other, he stated NO, it has to fixed at the same time. BS, if you can get it to blow on my face vs the floor, I would be satisfied, regardless if it blows on Max only. He stood firm. Had to pay the $128, pls misc fee and then tax. Least than a hour of diagnosis. Paid $150.00 for telling them what I already knew. Never again, good money for them, not good business practice for Customers. After all of this, *****I will not list the good stuff on the same post, with another department. Stay tuned.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Pure bait and switch. I had an appointment to see a car and when I got there the rep I was talking to was “out sick” and the car was in maintenance so they couldn’t show it to me. EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THAT SPECIFIC CAR! The rep that e-mailed me daily has yet to respond 3 days later and neither has the management team that I sent an e-mail to minutes after I left the dealership. Don’t waste your time.

They did not want our buisness, the sales rep was horrible. Getting good service at any Chevy deal is hard since Auto Nation sold to Greico.
The best hands down. Marcio in service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff in finance gets the job done I have sent 4 people here and they all walk away with brand new cars.
