Pizza Hut, Kissimmee FL

I ended up canceling the order because it was going to take 245 minutes for me to get my pizza. That is 4 hours. The pizza would not have arrived until 11pm. That was just way too long of a wait.

Disgraceful.

They never actually delivered the order and were incredibly disrespectful when we called to check about its status.

Get the orders right, ordered and payed for the pizza we wanted and got something totally different. Quality has also gone down in the past months. Until something gets fixed going back to dominos.

I find it disappointing that when I place an order I get a response back that it will take two hours to be delivered.

Order was wrong, likely given the wrong order instead of being made incorrectly. When I called they offered a credit or to remake the order. I chose to have it remade. They said it would be 30-35 minutes. The actual wait time for the pizzas was 50 minutes. The order was correct this time except the crust flavoring was left off, and unfortunately this resulted in 2 very bland, flavorless pizzas. Staff was overwhelmed but not apologetic for the mistake. Overall not a good experience.

We ordered carry out and hoped for a better experience then what we read in the reviews. This was the saddest looking pizza, Beyond flat and dried out and tough to chew. Dont eat here for real Really bad pizza

My food was almost 4 hours late. I understand that they were extremely busy but I agreed on a 124 to 136 min wait, not no 4 hours. Things like that I should have had a discount or something free. But to make matters worst, my food was extremely cold. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Ordered a veggie based pizza and you sent me half cheese and half pepperoni. Ordered online so I don't understand how you screwed it up, the order is literally right there if you just read the thing but ok, it wasn't verbal so no excuse for misunderstanding the order. We don't eat meat so thanks I guess.

Pizza wasn't worth this happening again. I'd rather eat cardboard.

Zero complaints. Exactly what I expect from Pizza Hut as a franchise. Contact free curbside pickup was straightforward and easy.

The worst service ever took 2.5 hours to deliver a pizza 5 minutes away from the store. Called so many times to check my order and no answer. Hope you can bring better service to the next customer.

Pretty bad guys.tasteless, almost like the sauce was an old batch. Garlic knots under cooked big time. Pizza was comparable to gas station quality pizza. No one finished their dinner tonight.

We just had 3 pizzas delivered tonight (March 5th at 7: 42) & our delivery driver was GREAT! We were having a girls night watching movies, drinking wine & pizza! We ordered a couple of heart shaped pizzas & requested jokes on the boxes & he did it!

Just what and how you would expect at a Pizza Hut. But the owner/manager was very accommodating and helped with the much needed food even after closing time.

It's ridiculous that I can't have a specific driver drop off my order, I like to tip this person for her excellent service! But they tell me i cant pick my driver even if i wanted to wait a lil longer!

Pizza hut may not have the best of the best amazing pizza, but it's cheap and it tastes good. I've gotten the wings here a few times too and they were pretty good. Only ever do carry out, but the people there are nice and my food is always hot and ready on time.

Pizza hut is cheap. They say 2 toppings and charge you for extra cheese.now they charge $1 extra for pan pizzas so beware.one day they'll go out of business with all the nickel and diming theyve been doing

I think of Pizza Hut as our vacation pizza, as we since have any nearby our home. We know what we're getting, and the consistency always makes the meal with it. Is it the best pizza? No. Is it good and always what you expect? For us.yes.

Favorite place to eat. Nice and friendly employees, always helpful with misunderstandings, and so many yummy options! Great deals online too! Sometimes they get very busy and take longer than expected times, but its worth the wait when you get the correct food on such a rush.
