Terrible customer service. The food was fine, but jeez at what cost. Save yourself the frustration of people ruining your day and call somewhere else.

The pizza Quality seems to be going down as the price goes down alot less toppings, sauce & cheese. I used to love thier pan pizza now I can barely eat it. The only pizza I like is thier stuffed crust

Worst place to order food from! Management ain't shit. Show people no respect and make things complicated but refuse to get on the phone to speak with you directly. Customer service is important, it's what gives everyone a job and that yall lack! How do you expect to have business if you send your customers somewhere else! Poor service!

Gets my order wrong gives me credit than makes using it a problem. Had to have staff hear the voice mail regarding the credit.

Ordered at 7: 22pm. Give 25 - 25 minutes guide. Arrived 8: 00pm to pick up. Told still in oven. Waited 20 minutes before asking again, at which point they turned around and picked the items out of the warming cabinet - I saw nobody put it in there whilst waiting, and nobody decided to let me know. Still warm, but that's ridiculous. Tasted like Pizza Hut, but wont be back with that customer service.

I order pizza online from here all the time and it's always good. They are really fast and always friendly.
